Looks like all you need to run the Federal Reserve Bank in New York is a brief tour as a union boss. The new Federal Reserve Chairman is Dennis Hughes, past president of the New York state branch of the AFL-CIO. He had been serving as acting chairman of the New York Fed board since May, when Stephen Friedman stepped down from the position.
This news comes fresh on the heels of rumors that former union hatchet man Ron Bloom may become “czar” of US manufacturing policy. This is from a state where forced unionism has crushed the economy and employee freedom.
Guess it’s all about payback for getting Obama elected. What a dirty President we have and every day it gets worse. This guy’s true colors (RED as in Commie Red) are sure comming out. We’ve really done it to ourselves this time folks.
