Sometimes You Can Take Technology Too Far . . .

It all began with an iPhone….

March was when my son celebrated his 15th birthday, and I got him an iPhone. He just loved it. Who wouldn’t? I celebrated my birthday in July and my wife made me very happy when she bought me an iPad. My daughter’s birthday was in August so I got her an iPod Touch. September came by, so for her birthday I got my wife an iRon. . . .

It was around then, that the fight started…… that the wife failed to recognise is that the iRon can be integrated into the home network with the iWash, iCook and iClean.

This inevitably activated the I’m leaving application and now I can’t get decent signal for my ipad from inside the dumpster I’ m in which I am now living!

What is going on around here? So many interesting things going on, and you don’t want to talk about any of them.

Little Jimmy and his flag, fer pity’s sake!

Mitch coming out against earmarks? This is impressive … specially to me, as it backs up my assertion that the only “economic stimulous” the Repugs have in mind is to send any number of publicly paid folk to join their privately not-paid brethren.

And then there is Obama’s Mr. Gates saying flat out that he could take a $100 billion off defense spending … if the Congress would let him … but this would put many hundreds of thousands of Congressional Constituents out of work.

Are you beginning to see the problem … you feeble-minded gits, you?

P.S.: You don’t want to have a whole bunch of highly skilled, scientific types faced with no career prospects. Trust me, you don’t.
