THE PROGRAM CONTINUES –
What’s been working is eating in smaller portions and walking. When eating I try to avoid the obvious high calories and combine meat, fruit and veggies with lunch and dinner. Breakast is grapefruit, coffee or tea, one slice wheat toast with butter buds and oatmeal with sugar substitute. It’s easy to plan and easy to cook and it’s been filling. No snacks in between meals has been the most difficult, but so far so good. Headed out to walk this morning.
