I think we should acknowledge that some welfare programs in the past were not well designed and in some cases did encourage dependency…. One can only hope that whomever runs against our Prez in the next election will not make long-winded claims but use his own words against him in the political ads. The Prez has provided a target-rich environment.

You guys at PS need to find the clip of the woman who demanded a new kitchen or house from Obama. It was either just before the election or just after. He was promising people the world. Oh and the welfare system seems to be working just for labor unions and banks. Again we will not hear a peep out of the usual suspects because they see this line of bullshit for what it is. Obama is singing a song he thinks voters in the middle want to hear.
