Texting While Driving – Bad Idea

The teenage driver of this new pick up truck sent 11 messages in 11 minutes…he was a great texter, but as a driver…ummm, not so good. After the pick up slammed into the rear of the semi, he was nailed by the bus. Then the school bus was hit by another school bus. I don’t know what the bus driver’s excuses were (inattention – following too close?) but I know they sure could use some remedial driver ed. Too late for the kid in the pick up and his 15 year old passenger. As you can see there’s nothing left of the pick up and it was all caused by texting.
