I watched the whole night from 4pm to its end on CSPAN. If you didnt see the speeches prior to prim-time be sure to check out the RNC website. They are well worth the time.

I wasnt a big Romney supporter but accept him because hes a thousand times better then Obama and the only choice I had, until last night. Now, I actually believe he is just what this country needs to lead us back to the great nation we used to be.

Hearing the testimonies from the two parents who lost their children and the loving support Romney provided them showed the caring heart of a man that would be there to share their burden and to provide what comfort he could.

Also, Jane Edmonds was outstanding. She presented insight from her working relationship with him as a minority and a democrat, who supports him.

This nation needs a strong leader, and a caring individual who knows how to run a large successful company. Romney has those necessary skills.

Here are two of the links to the speeches I referred to above.

I enjoyed that convention from start to finish. Keep one thing in mind, you can always tell how close to home something hits by how harshly the Left and the MSM attack. Clint Rocked!
When Mitt was done speaking I had the feeling he and Ryan pulled off a perfect good cop bad cop on Obama.
Jack, I bet you and Tina are flipping a coin to see who gets forced/punished to watch the Dumb & Dumber show next week. It says something when the democrats have a convention and the Sec State is half a world away, LOL.
My sympathy to whoever gets stuck watching it. I suggest lots of adult beverages.Hell, you don’t need to watch it to report on it. We all know what they will say and how they will act.

I to am a SF Giants fan, we named our new dog Buster. Like I said the “news” on the dems convention is already written. It will be one speech after another belching out “it is Bush’s fault” and “Republicans will kill your grand mother” and “Romney has never paid any taxes”.
Wont be a single word about what Obama has accomplished because golf doesn’t count. Flying the wings off AF-1 does not count. Running up trillions in debt does not count. Funneling money to his friends and into his own pocket does not count. What a steaming pile he is.
Oh and I am very pleased the Dodgers have lost 3 or 4 in a row. Bastards spending millions on new players last week thinking that would do the trick, lol. LOVE IT!
