Obama administration officials are finally letting the attorney for a Benghazi whistle-blower get a security clearance — but the clearance is at such a low level that it will probably slow the congressional probe of how the administration handled last year’s terrorist attack on the embassy in Benghazi, Libya.
Victoria Toensing represents an unnamed government official who can help explain the reaction of top government officials to the jihadi attack on the U.S diplomatic site in Benghazi and killed four Americans last Sept. 11.
The official may also be able to explain if officials rewrote intelligence reports and took other actions to minimize media coverage of the administration’s errors and the perceived role of Al Qaeda jihadis.
At least three officials will testify today at a House hearing about the scandal, and are expected to say top officials at the Department of State took actions to minimize political damage to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In the days after the attack, officials claimed the attack had resulted from a spontaneous demonstration against an anti-Muslim film. That story was quickly refuted, although the filmmaker was arrested on a probation violation and remains in prison.
Toensing’s client will not be able to testify at public or closed-door hearings because he or she has not been able to prepare classified testimony with the aid of a lawyer, Toensing told The Daily Caller.
Virginia Toensing is a highly respected Lawyer and she knows the ropes. She is clear that she is being given the run around by this administration to block her clients testimony.
What are they hiding?
What are they covering up?
Why isn’t the media rabid about this?

I’ve watched a lot of the hearing and noticed the Democrat’s attitude change from attacking the Republicans to agreeing to work together to find out the truth and to work together.
They were also concerned about the retaliation that has taken place with Hick’s demotion to a low-level desk job and promised to see it was remedied. Every one of the Democrats said they would guarantee no whistleblower would be punished for coming forward.
The transitions was remarkable by the end of the three hours and may have been motivated by one Democrat accusing Issa of preventing the witnesses from meeting with them. Issia stopped the hearing and asked each of the witnesses if he or any member of the committee or his staff had directed them to not talk to the Democrats. They all responded, “No.” It was a light-bulb moment you could actually see when the Democrats realized the witnesses didn’t want to talk to them before the hearing today. They were considered the enemy for being a member of the same party that got their friend Chris Stevens and the other men who were there to protect them killed, and responsible for the retaliation against them since that day.
Breitbart is reporting a source who has said only POTUS, or someone he authorized to do so, could have made the “stand down” call.
That is what I’ve heard too.

You know Peggy a person that is honestly taking responsibility does not make a lame excuse, or send out a surrogate to do it for her, and then when it doesn’t hold up, attack those who are simply seeking answers for a very badly botched deal.
Clinton is the queen of the queen of entitlement elites. She believes she is owed the presidency and will bury anyone who gets in her way. I’ve heard it said she was the brains behind Bill, we’re now seeing just how cunning and manipulative she is too.
Remember the 2008 primary race when she and Bill were furious at Obama’s campaign tactics? We saw it again during the House committee hearing when she said, “What difference does it make?” It’s the old Rules for Radical pattern of the ends justifying the means. Sad to say it keeps working for them. Hopefully, this time it won’t.
Got up this morning and thought I’d see on the internet if there was anything new on Benghazi. First on the list was an actual report from ABC. Shocker. Double shocker when they actually reported the truth including the scrubbing clean of the emails to remove all reference of terrorist attack. It didn’t cover everything, but at least they didn’t say it was motivated by the Republicans.
The third shock was all of the comments in support of the coverage finally by ABC and against Obama and Clinton‘s roll in the cover up.. I expect if they read the comments we will see more on this from the MSM. Time will tell if they will spin it or just stick with the truth.

Nothing has changed about the Benghazi tragedy. I think everyone knows this is the GOP trying to tear down Hillary before they have to face her in 2016.
The only actual change is that the public isn’t pushing back for a variety of reasons. As a pro-life, anti-war, social justice voter… I just don’t have the energy to push back the GOP to help the Dems. It’s a waste of time. Obama and friends aren’t going to reform Wall Street, they aren’t going to fight big oil, they won’t stop putting poor folks in jail or deporting them… the only thing they WILL do is help out the abortion industry. It’s basically the GOP, but with some faux humanitarian rhetoric and a pro-sterilization message on top. I am not going to bust my hump protecting that, even if any fool can see through the GOP’s nonsense.
Third party or nothing at all.

Just as Obama, Clinton, and the Dems lied about the Benghazi terrorist attacks to get Obama re-elected. It was some of the most disgusting politics ever seen in this country. Not only are four Americans dead thanks to Clinton’s incompetence, the only guy they’ve punished is someone exercising his First Amendment rights.
And so what? Clinton is as much an empty suit as Obama and always has been. As Senator, she did only what her leaders told her to do (e.g., Iraq; she voted for it when her leaders told her it would be politically expedient to do so, she stopped supporting it when her leaders told her it would be politically expedient to do so); as Sec. of State, she was a failure, just as Obama is a failure. The only reason Clinton is even being considered in 2016 is because she shares the last name with the former President. That’s it. The GOP is rightly warning the country about electing another empty suit to sit in the White House.

It’s about time someone from the major networks took a look at this story.
A government which believes it can get away with lying time and time again and that the truth won’t come out should not be governing.
If these were your husbands, fathers, brothers or sons you would want to know if the government they loved did everything before, during and after to protect them and rescue them when in danger.
What you will learn is the people in charge flipped off the lights and went to sleep and covered it up in the morning for political reasons. That’s where the politics became involved.
Truth has no political party.

Now how about you report the rest of the story on Benghazi….air the hearings. Those hearings pretty much prove Hillary Clinton lied and she and the President lied from the get go. Our military was told to stand down and should not have been. REPORT THE NEWS PLEASE!!!!!!! I remember when journalists reported the truth, you hide the truth from the American people. Or should I say you just don’t report the whole story.
Such a sad America we live in when the media is as corrupt as Washington.

The Repubs don’t have to do anything but bring to light the truth which will show that Hillary isn’t a capable leader. She didn’t get in Barry’s face and get him to give up his Misguided Muslim Outreach Program when it came to Benghazi and allow the needed security.
Worse than that, she went along with the coverup lie highlighted here in this article.
Hillary has a fatal flaw, which is she is a firm believer in the ends justify the means and is a follower of Thrasymachus. When you lack morals and principals you lack the direction necessary to lead effectively.

Ambassador Rice’s talk show appearances are disturbing but don’t forget the video that President Obama and Hillary shot to show in Pakistan as well as the President speaking before the UN a full week after Rice’s appearance. He was still blaming the YouTube video.

I know one thing,that Nuland is nothing but a stooge for Hillary (the leadership in her Building as she put it!) All other Agencies folded to the wishes of Queen Hillary.
