California Politics: Republican Vidak Wins Senate Seat with 60% of Hispanic Vote

Posted by Tina

Who says Hispanics won’t vote Republican? Scheming Democrats do, mostly. But I don’t think anyone’s vote is set in stone and loyalty goes only so far when a family is struggling to make ends meet. Today they don’t care about labels, posturing, or promises that sound good but never materialize…they just want results!

The people of the Central Valley have endured unemployment rates of 15-30% caused by a lengthy, non-recovery, recovery and the forced water shortages that caused farmers to fold. After almost five years of suffering they are fed up and have now placed their hopes in Republican Andy Vidak, a local farmer. Vidak ran a campaign against the elitist coastal environmentalists that tend to favor fish bait over produce and think grand schemes like the fancy pants bullet train to nowhere is the highest priority when people need jobs.

People are pretty basic. Republicans should turn away from politicking and spend more time simply speaking to the people.

Breitbart has the story.

One Response to California Politics: Republican Vidak Wins Senate Seat with 60% of Hispanic Vote

  1. Peggy says:

Last election I asked my two Hispanic gardeners if they were voting? They responded they were.

So I asked who they were voting for? They responded probably Obama.

So I asked if they were Catholic? They responded they were.

So I asked if they believed in abortion? They responded they did not.

So I explained the Dems were pro-abortion and the Reps were anti-abortion. The next time they came they said they voted for Romney and so did the rest of their families.

The whole conversation took only about 5 minutes.
