Communitarian Bill

Posted by Tina

Bill Clinton was out speaking to the masses recently. He credited Republicans for “knowing what they want” in that crafty way he has of talking trash while sounding like yer bestest buddy. He said Democrats “had some good ideas” but…wait for it…Republicans have a “better media base”. I’m not kidding, he actually said that. Of course he mudered his phony compliment in the next breath when he said, “…they can fill the atmosphere with a lot of static.”

He applied the usual set up, dealing the victim card for his party (sigh) but quickly offered ultimate victory as he described what will make the Democrat Party’s stakes a lot better in the future:

“And it’s a little tougher for us, but I feel pretty good about where we are and where we’re going. Demographically, the country is moving toward not liberal but communitarian solutions. We’re all in this together solution,” Clinton said.

“I think that has to be the founding value of the country: To preserve individual liberty — and even allow the most libertarian influences of the Tea Party — we still have to recognize that we have some things in common we have to do together.”

Bill wants us to know the number one founding value of our country (going forward) will be is “communitarianism”! Got that? A “founding” value.

Websters describes communitarian as: of or relating to social organization in small cooperative partially collectivist communities

Wikipedia: Communitarianism is a philosophy that emphasizes the connection between the individual and the community. While the ‘community’ may be a family unit, it is usually understood in the wider sense of interactions between a community of people in a geographical location, or who have a shared history or interest.[1] Communitarian philosophy is derived from the assumption that individuality is a product of community relationships rather than individual traits.

That stands the truth about individual freedom on its head.

He also uses, in his backhanded slime ridden comment, the elitist “we” that will “even allow” the most Libertarian influences of the Tea Party (to exist) as part of the general communitarian plan to “preserve individuality”.

Preserve individuality? There is no true individuality in this robotic utopean nightmare. ther is only compliant slavish adherence to the will of the empirical “we”.

This is unadulterated Declaration of Independence and Constitution trashing; it is pure crap!

Bill Clinton is compelled to deliver this speech for Hillary since he once declared, “…the era of big government over”. Of course he was then and is now just mugging for the masses…the radicals controlling the Democrat Party are absolutely committed to big government and big government control of the masses. they are, however master manipulators.

Buyer beware!

The problem with communists and ultra-capitalists is that they both see community and individuality as opposites. If you realize this is a false dichotomy then Clinton’s words ring true. Do we not all want strong communities? Do we not all recognize that no man is an island? Saying that the statement “we still have to recognize that we have some things in common we do have to do together” represents a “robotic utopean (sic) nightmare is an absurd overreaction.

  2. Tina says:

Ultra capitalist? What is the “ultra” for, Chris…do you use it to make capitalism seem as radical as communism?

There is no false dichotomy except in your mind.

The word you need to compare is freedom. Communism is the antithesis of freedom.

Freedom does not restrain individuals from participating with others. In a free society capitalists are adept at participating with others.

The notion that big government controls are required to established communities is a dasterdly ruse. It is a lie.

The difference you don’t seem to appreciate is in one instance you have choice and in the other choices are diminished. Given time the communitarian will murder all remnants of creative and artistic ability and thought in a people. Given time they will crush individuality and community.

Absurd? Hardly. Overreaction? I can see why you say so but I see it as a warning you would be wise to heed.

Today it seems absurd; tomorrow it is too late!

Two extraordinary thing happened recently that really caught my attention. The first was hearing Chris Wallace say he’d received information from top Republicans to hammer Ted Cruz with and the second was to see a parent removed from a Common Core meeting for standing up and asking a question.

The promised transformation by Obama appears to have taken place. The GOP leadership is willing to

The parent in the below video has been charged with 2nd degree assault on an officer and is facing 10 years in prison. I don’t know what took place outside, but he sure doesn’t look like he’s even resisting arrest let alone commits assault.

When did standing up to ask a question become so offensive it warrants the forced removal of a questioning parent? Note too the 300 people in attendance did nothing to stop this. Only one woman spook up and some others voiced concern when the man’s arm is twisted up behind his back.

These are just two things I find unbelievable that reflect the change Obama said he would accomplish to transform America. We have become a police state where our own leaders try to destroy one of their own and 300 people act like sheep and let a fellow parent and neighbor forced out of a room to keep him from just asking a question.

The other issues that are taking place are too many to list, but range from the lies and cover ups in Fast and Furious, Benghazi, NSA and the IRS. We no longer live in a country where we had the right to speak up and challenge our government. We now live in a country where fear of being arrested has suppressed voices, even those who tried to hand out a copy of our Constitution on Constitution Day.

Our Republic is dead. Mark Levin in his Liberty Amendment book is right. We live in a “post Republic” now. Can we get our Republic back or will we complete the transformation to a socialist state for our children and grandkids to live under?

  4. Peggy says:

Oops again. “Spook” should have been spoke.

Unfinished sentence should read. The GOP leadership is willing to sacrifice one of their own to advance their agendas and support Obama’s take over.

  5. Tina says:

Mitch McConnell said his office was not responsible for opposition research sent to Wallace. the story at the Blaze is Sarah Palin challenging Wallace to release the names of the top Republicans. Two things make it important. republicans should know if one of their own has played dirty against another OR Republicans should have an opportunity to know if it was information passed by Democrats posing as Republican staffers creating negative press to bring down Republicans like McConnell who are up for election next year.

I also saw the story about the parent who was removed by a hired security guard for asking a question. The excuse was that he was supposed to submit questions prior to the meeting but there are two things that stink to high heaven about this progressive communitarian arranged meeting: 1. Rules never stop leftists from disrupting meetings, demanding answers, screaming about their civil rights and 2. Everyone knows that his question, if submitted beforehand, would not have been given a floor hearing. Progressive are controlling and have zero respect for free speech or the rights of citizens to participate in the decisions of government. Communitarianism is a nice sounding name for extremely oppressive elitist ideology to rule over the people.

May I suggest everyone keep an eye on the TTP and the new TTIP.

The TTP threatens the sovereignty of every nation involved. It has been negotiated in secret for the last 11 years or so by our presidents, the other leaders and International corporations. Only Trade Board members International Corporations) and leaders can see, Classified.

It is top secret and only 1 member of congress through pressure has been allowed to look at an edited version.

He is not allowed to talk about it but says it is troubling and affects a nations sovereignty. Enough said to demand a copy and form our own opinion.

If an exterior Global bank and court is formed where any International corporation can sue any city, country, ect. for the loss of profit by any law they pass that will change the world.

If you do not want the ABC corporation from the country of XYZ to tear something up in your country and you say no, they can sue you, your city, or country for projected lost profits?

Also while on a small delay they want to fast track it as NAFTA was.

Fast Track means congress gets a 90 day viewing period, can make no changes what so ever and it is a mere up or down vote. Most Fast Track bills pass.

How many of the bought out idiots in Congress will actually read it? Most just do as told.

It is hard to trust anything we can not see or what a politician says…….

so I took a look at the passed Harper (without Parliament) Canadian version FIPA.

That bill is bad for Canada as a nation and threatens it sovereignty so …

Yes! We need to see any trade bill and debate it as “We the people”.

I personally am against any world court that can sue any nation. We need to see if that is in fact what they are slowly leading to.

Call your congress and tell them to vote no on any TPP fast Track.

That will enable the American Public to have ample time to read the bill, debate and form an educated opinion as well as anyone in Congress to amend and debate. (Although they are useless)

Folks it matters not who is in office the machine just keeps going on the same trail. All we want is a say in matters.

  7. Post Scripts says:

    dewey on this we agree.

  8. Chris says:

Tina: “Ultra capitalist? What is the “ultra” for, Chris…do you use it to make capitalism seem as radical as communism?”

Did you fail reading comprehension in school? The modifier “ultra” does exactly the opposite of that. If I thought capitalism was as radical as communism, I wouldn’t have needed to add the modifier “ultra” to it, would I?

The rest of your reply is so vague and meaningless that there’s no way to even argue with it.

  9. Tina says:

Chris: If I thought capitalism was as radical as communism, I wouldn’t have needed to add the modifier “ultra” to it, would I?

    Okay, fair enough.

However, what was the point? Billy Boy said nothing of capitalists or capitalism…he said that in his communitarian nightmare elitists like him would “allow” tea party folks to exist. I spoke of individual freedom. Only you brought capitalism into the mix making the comparison that ultra-capitalism, whatever that is, is like communism in that both “see community and individuality as opposites ”

That is a lie! Capitalism creates community. What the hell do you think Microsoft is but a community of individuals working toward common goals?

Ultra as it might apply here would mean capitalism that is far beyond the normal or proper degree.

    Drivel!

Capitalists, whether ultra or regular, are adept at “participating with others.” They have to be you ninny!

I repeat: Communitarianism is a nice sounding name for extremely oppressive elitist ideology to rule over the people.

And Chris, as to the rest of your inexperienced, narcissist, meaningless reply…go boink yourself.

(…with apologies in advance to readers)
