Quarterback superstar Aaron Rogers surprised a young lady, who is a big Packers fan, bringing her onstage at The Pabst Theater in Milwaukee to produce some music. He also wanted to raise awareness for Independence First, an organization she works with that is run by and for the benefit of people who have disabilities.
Aaron and David Gruber host an online series of videos where they surprise guests and invest time into helping them achieve their goals and ambitions.
Yes Rodgers is a good man. First, he’s the union rep for the Green Bay Packer’s Player’s Union.5 Beyond that, Rodgers signed a petition to recall Wisconsin Republican governor Scott Walker!

Re Dewey:
Aaron Rodgers is a good man and a great quarterback.
Scott Walker is also a good man and great governor who stuck to his guns with his budget-repair bill in a state that faced 3.6 billion dollar deficit. Walker’s bill was passed with all its essentials intact and the deficit gap was closed.
Walker beat the recall election and crushed Tom Barret by seven points. The people of Wisconsin spoke, rebuked Aaron Rodgers and the stranglehold of state employee unions.
Nevertheless due to economic woes, unemployment, and soaring Medicaid costs Wisconsin has had to borrow more long term money.
In Fiscal Year 2011 Wisconsin had total state debt of approximately $81.2 billion. In FY2012 $79.6 billion in fiscal year 2012. The Wisconsin state debt clock stands today at $48.6 billion.
Yay Scott Walker.
Yay Aaron Rodgers.
Yes, Rodgers IS a good man.
He even signed a football for my son as a thank you for volunteer work he did for some kids.
RE: Pie #3
Walker also freed enslaved local school districts from the union owned healthcare system, a scam that was costing local districts a lot of money for healthcare unnecessarily that should have been used for education in the classroom!
It’s fantastic when men like Rodgers use their influence to do good work. Many kudos to Aaron Rodgers a good man with a big heart.
Scott Walker will hopefully be arrested. He is no hero.
“The right of the people, peaceably to assemble, to consult for the common good, and to petition their government, or any department thereof, shall never be abridged.”
— Wisconsin State Constitution, Article 1, Section 4
Scott Walker in an attempt to dictate to the people of Wisconsin had his Police chief start arresting the singers of protest. Over 90% of the arrests were dismissed.

We all know the rest of the story.

We all know the Tea party is all about cutting all public services to create a for profit society known as Corporatism, otherwise known as fascism.
If anyone actually believes the Koch and friends created propaganda than America is in big trouble.
It is apparent the voters are wising up and the GOP wants it’s party back.
Scott Walker and the people who work at the capitol endured weeks of union protest that left the building damaged to the tune of $270,000.00! Repairs were needed both inside and outside the building. It was estimated that the total price for clean up and overtime cost would reach $8,000,000.00.
There is a blatant lack of civility and respect bound up in all of that damage and these are the people educating our kids? I’d say they are not citizens but rather spoiled rotten brats. It’s time they took responsibility for the damage they have done to state budgets across the country because of their own self serving greed.
And I don’t call what they did exercising the right to petition the government. I call this a mob, stamping their feet like adolescents and refusing to accept the equal responsibilities and obligations that come with equal rights in civic affairs. The taxpayer does not have a seat at the bargaining table. Teachers are basically asking their neighbors to provide not only the teachers salaries but the total cost of healthcare and pensions. The average private sector worker has no such compensation and shouldn’t be asked to foot the bill for teachers and administrators.
Protesters issued death threats. Democrats left the state to avoid doing their civic duty. Doctors issued fake excuses for teachers who were protesting. It’s the same old disgusting methods always used by unions and Democrats…the reason they have earned the “thug” designation.
Weekly Standard:
Redstate:
Scott Walker was elected by the people of Wisconsin and he and their representatives in the legislature served the majority and their desires.
Democracy doesn’t mean you get what you want if you destroy a building.
It’s a shame a stink bomb was tossed into the discussion requiring a rebuttal for balance and accuracy.
Returning to the subject at hand…Aaron Rodgers has done a great thing helping the disabled through the wonderful organization “Independence First”.
Good post Jack
