Your Tax Dollars at Work: Resort for Kids Illegally Coming to America

Palm Aire HotelPosted by Tina

Absurdities flowing from the Obama administration know no bounds. New revelations of lawlessness, wasting of taxpayer dollars, favoritism, corporatism, corruption and undermining of our economy no longer create shock and awe but if this isn’t another head shaker I don’t know what is:

WESLACO – BCFS Health and Human Services secured a $50-million federal contract to house young illegal immigrants in Weslaco.

The network of non-profit agencies will take over the Palm Aire Hotel and Suites on FM 1015.

BCFS officials say they plan to have 600 beds once the hotel is turned into immigrant housing. They say 650 jobs will be created at the site.

BCFS is the agency that set up a temporary detention center for unaccompanied minors at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. They said the Weslaco facility will be the first of its kind in the nation.

“It’s going to be an intake facility, which serves as a lot like a hospital emergency room,” Krista Piferrer, BCFS VP External Affairs said.

“We’ve all seen the photos and the videos of children in crowded Border Patrol facilities. What this site is going to allow to happen is quickly move those children out of Border Patrol cells and triage them,” Piferrer said.

obama-shoes-illegalsThe term, “first of its kind,” suggest a plan is in place to create many such facilities across the country. That suggest the Presidents declaration that he would return these kids to their home countries is another big fat lie. The president’s mark is all over this operation! That suggests further that the President’s intention is to overwhelm our nation with foreign children that we will house, educate, feed and medically treat perpetually…creating a permanent state of crisis and overload.

According to The American Thinker the amenities that will be available for these kids are top drawer (See photo at top):

Do you wish you were able to afford to go to a resort with pool, sauna, tennis courts, exercise room, sauna, steam room, racketball courts, and all the trimmings? Too bad you aren’t an illegal alien teenager, maybe a member of MS 13. Because your tax dollars (pay up, sucker!) are going to pay for a $50 million magnet resort for them.

Now that’s a fundamental redistribution scheme on crack! Who the hell does this President serve?

Do you really believe that this is permanent housing? Or that the kids will have access to all the amenities that the hotel provides for paying guests? Or are you simply pretending to believe those things in order to feign outrage?

It was just announced the deal for this facility is off because of the public outcry. But, I’m sure another will, if not already, is in the works.

These kids coming in are just a part of Obama’s plan to transform America. The open border and his Dream Act EO will bring the economy of America down and it will help the economy of all the countries these kids are coming from. They’ll be a drain on US taxpayers to provide all of the support services they’ll require.

With the printing of billions of money each month the US dollar’s value has declined. Watch the value of the peso go up and the dollar go down even more. If you haven’t seen Rick Santelli’s latest rant on the stock floor it’s worth watching.

“Everyone deserves their fair share.” “You didn’t build that, we built it.”

If you didn’t build it it’s not yours, therefore, I can take it and give it to someone else. Those someones just happen to be from other countries.

“One America” on our way to one world order.

Obama will be president of the UN some day, mark my words.

  3. Chris says:

“Obama will be president of the UN some day, mark my words.”

…And this is something to be concerned about? Do you actually believe that the president of the UN has a fraction of the power that the president of the United States has? Can you even name the current UN president? (I can’t.)

It’s sad how much of modern politics is about people being afraid of imaginary things…

  4. Libby says:

A private non-profit was going to purchase and re-purpose and empty hotel property … but you selfish and vociferous swine scotched that:

    Elizabeth Findell | The Monitor
WESLACO — Nonprofit group BCFS is withdrawing its proposal to open a facility for unaccompanied child immigrants in Weslaco’s Palm Aire Hotel due to “negative backlash by information misreported to the public,” the group said in a news release Wednesday afternoon.

BCFS requested a conditional use permit last week to relocate its current Harlingen intake facility for child immigrants to Weslaco. The Palm Aire location would have allowed the group to double its capacity to a 600-bed facility. It also said it would employ 650 people and contribute some $50 million annually to the local economy.

The facility would have taken children ages 12 to 17 immediately from Border Patrol and housed them an average of 15 days, providing medical and mental health care, on-site educational programs, recreational programs and case management. All programs would be on-site and the children would not attend local schools or hospitals.

BCFS planned to use nongovernmental funds to purchase the hotel for approximately $3.8 million, according to the news release.

It was unclear what misinformation BCFS was referring to in its release, but the group faced backlash from locals posting on social media as well as national conservative anti-immigrant groups.

Right-wing blog The Drudge Report Wednesday linked to a post claiming the federal government was opening a “resort for illegal children.” Fox News also reported on the project, characterizing it as a “plan to buy fancy hotel to house illegals.”

Breitbart News characterized BCFS as a “Brownshirt charity group” and wrote: “If the promise of a free pass isn’t enough to entice migrants from Central America to make the long trek through Mexico to our Southern border – maybe a two week paid vacation (courtesy of the American taxpayer) at a luxury hotel will do it for them.”

But in reality, the hotel, built in 1989, has lost much of its former glory and has been on the market more than a year and a half, said broker Sally Fraustro Guerra.

“They’re making it sound like a five-star hotel, some big resort and it’s not,” she said. “It’s very old and very, very outdated.”

County leaders including Judge Ramon Garcia and Pct. 1 Commissioner A.C. Cuellar were proponents of the new facility, which Cuellar called a great humanitarian project that would benefit both children and the city’s economy.

But city leaders were insistent that the proposal go through the process of getting a conditional use permit and hearing public input.

“This proposal sought to find a solution for providing safe, humane care for the children flooding across the border and overwhelming U.S. Border Patrol and communities,” the news release said. “BCFS is thankful to the City of Weslaco for their consideration and is disappointed that misinformation fueled so much negativity against this effort that its success is likely jeopardized.”

*YAWN* There goes that hate spewing duplicitous liar and left wing antagonist Major “negro burner” Boob again demonizing Tina and putting words in her mouth again for disseminating pertinent information.

See how the left wing narrative works? Major Boob desperately attempts to control the parameters of discourse by demonizing attacks to discredit anyone who opposes his open boarder views. While Major Boob is only aping boiler-plate left wing hate rhetoric he draws from his radical masters, his juvenile left-wing venom does get tedious. Nevertheless sometimes you just have to laugh. The flooding of illegal aliens is an Obama administration admitted crisis (it is amazing that they even acknowledge it) with now over 50,000 children who have crossed our boarders. So far there is no end in site to and no real attempts to stem the flood of children and adults. Of course, anyone on the right attempting to asses and address the issue is labeled a hate monger, bigot, racist, or whatever the slur du jour from our mentally deranged opponents on the left happens to be.

You didn’t bother to read the article. I see no reason to answer your dumb questions.

If hatred is unhealthy you must be on your last legs.

  7. Tina says:

Peggy: “It was just announced the deal for this facility is off because of the public outcry. But, I’m sure another will, if not already, is in the works.”

Glad to hear it. And you’re right, the plan is in place so unless the pressure continues, and maybe even if it does continue, the plan will continue to be executed.

  8. Tina says:

    At #3 Chris

Naive is now an understatement. (Doesn’t know who UN leader is you can bet he hasn’t a clue about the designs radicals…including our President…have either)

How easily people will throw away freedom and the document that affords them protections.

  9. Tina says:

Libby: “A private non-profit was going to purchase and re-purpose and empty hotel property”

Are you insane? How (or why) do you “empty” an olympic sized pool or tennis courts? Answer, you don’t! (especially when one of the things you will provide is “recreational programs”.

And although the article you have says it will buy the facility with non governmental funds my article says it acquired a $50-million federal contract so one way or the other (medicade for healthcare, for instance) the tax payer will pick up much of the longterm tab.

Progressive radicals have completely lost it. It’s bad enough that you herd large swaths of our citizens into permanent dependency programs for votes and power at taxpayer expense but now you ask the American working stiff to also pick up the tab for illegal entry children who you encouraged to come and who you will encourage to stay. You do this at the same time that your policies stifle our economy, send companies overseas to avoid high tax rates and regulation costs so that even working and providing for a family becomes a challenge.

    Insane…and stupid, really, really stupid.

  10. Tina says:

Pie The fish slapping segments were lovely. I feel very strongly that I played my part quite well, considering. So appropriate that the final end for my counterpart is to become a tasty meal for the Nazi socialist fishy in the deep!

Nancy should go to the Central American region and spread some of her sympathy, and massive wealth, where its actually needed. Lollies at the border with a few phony words don’t quite cut it. She and he commie buds might try supporting a few leaders in those countries who believe in freedom and opportunity for a change.

Where Obama and his cadre of radical socialist goes chaos follows and when they are done, ain’t nobody who will be better off.

Question: Do you think the people in our poor communities who have children that have attended lousy ghetto schools are happy about the separate private (charter school?) education that is being planned for these kids. From Libby’s article:

…providing medical and mental health care, on-site educational programs, recreational programs and case management. All programs would be on-site and the children would not attend local schools or hospitals.”

It claims this would be temporary (15 days)…who believes that? Why provide education for kids in a “holding” facility…who would spend so much on purchasing a “holding facility” anyway unless it was going to be long term use?

  11. Chris says:

Thanks, Libby. Funny how Tina was just lecturing us on the superiority of private charity. Turns out, the right wing doesn’t want private charity helping people either, provided they’re people they don’t like.

And Pie: learn how to spell “border” before you attempt to enter an adult conversation, dipshit.

  12. Peggy says:

Chris, you’re right I can’t remember his name, but I know he’s from Uganda and he was elected by the general assembly last month.

Obama is bored with being president of the US. His actions or rather lack of action proves that. He’d rather be out rubbing elbows with the rich pandering for their big bucks to fund the DNC’s agenda of transforming this country.

I don’t see his political career ending. He’s gotten used to the lavish life-style and the power its afforded him. Being our president of a country is just a position to add to his resume for being president of the world…

Have to go. Have an emergency with my dog.

Re #4 Blame The Victim Libby: Frankly I am outraged that illegal aliens are treated as second class citizens and were planned to be housed in an “outdated” resort that has a pool, sauna, tennis courts, exercise room, sauna, steam room, and racketball courts, but no soccer field.

Of course, they should all be shipped home in nice air conditioned buses or air planes with doctors, nurses, and social workers on board, but we know that isn’t going to happen.

  17. Chris says:

Me: “Do you really believe that this is permanent housing? Or that the kids will have access to all the amenities that the hotel provides for paying guests?”

Tina “You didn’t bother to read the article. I see no reason to answer your dumb questions.”

Uh, I certainly did read the article, as well as both of the articles you cited. My questions were completely pertinent to what you wrote and quoted from the American Thinker. You said this:

“The term, “first of its kind,” suggest a plan is in place to create many such facilities across the country. That suggest the Presidents declaration that he would return these kids to their home countries is another big fat lie.”

This makes no sense unless you believe that these children would have been housed at the hotel permanently (and thus never returned to their home countries).

    You then said this:

“According to The American Thinker the amenities that will be available for these kids are top drawer (See photo at top):

‘Do you wish you were able to afford to go to a resort with pool, sauna, tennis courts, exercise room, sauna, steam room, racketball courts, and all the trimmings? Too bad you aren’t an illegal alien teenager, maybe a member of MS 13. Because your tax dollars (pay up, sucker!) are going to pay for a $50 million magnet resort for them.’ ”

This only makes sense if you believe that the immigrants would have had the same access to all the hotel’s amenities that regular guests have.

Tina, you have over the past few weeks demonstrated a pattern of refusing to own up to the clear meanings of your own words. You’ve also implied that Republicans in general, like Mitt Romney, aren’t responsible for the things they say if they don’t believe they’ll get caught, and that if someone records them saying something insulting toward, let’s say, half of all Americans, then it’s the recorder who is actually responsible for insulting them.

You can’t claim to belong to the party of personal responsibility while also trying to weasel out of your own statements once you realize they’re too stupid to rationally defend.

So please, answer my pertinent questions: Did you REALLY believe that the hotel was going to be a permanent residence for these children? And did you really believe that the immigrants were going to have access to all the amenities brought up by the American Thinker?

Because if you didn’t believe those things…why did you say them?

  18. Tina says:

Chris, time for the dunce hat for you teach: “Turns out, the right wing doesn’t want private charity helping people either, provided they’re people they don’t like.”

My objection was the resort quality purchase for a facility to be subsidized with a $50 MILLION FEDERAL GRANT. (More to follow if the federal government follows its usual pattern)

That’s NOT a Charitable enterprise! $50 million is a huge wealth transfer that costs taxpayers a whole lot more in interest(On the debt…we don’t have this money) and bureaucracy.

Furthermore BCFS is a global charity.

Why not shelter these kids in their own countries if conditions are so dire. A few who are now dead would have been better off…who knows how many were abused or raped as they made their way to America:

BCFS’ overseas division, Children’s Emergency Relief International (CERI), operates programs in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Africa that help children and families in crisis>/b>….In Latin America, CERI provides community development, medical attention and spiritual guidance to struggling regions.

I offer the following for consideration…do research it…we might just discover that Politico’s own pants are ablaze!

A month or two ago news broke that Obama’s HHS was calling for private contractors to help transport illegal aliens throughout the interior United States. What made this already big news even bigger is the fact that the original call for proposals came out in January, long before the bulk of the illegal alien surge began.

The breaking news you’re about to read is ten times bigger, because the following proves the Obama administration was bankrolling America’s churches back in 2010. And the tens of millions were flowing in to prepare for the invasion currently underway.

The following is a small taste of what’s out there in grant records. This is just the tip of the iceberg, folks.

Between Dec 2010 and Nov 2013, the Catholic Charities Diocese of Galveston received $15,549,078 in federal grants from Health & Human Services for “Unaccompanied Alien Children Project” with a program description of “Refugee and Entry Assistance.”

Last year, the Catholic Charities Diocese of Fort Worth received $350,000 from Department of Homeland Security for “citizenship and education training” with a program description of “citizenship and immigration services.”

Between September 2010 and September 2013, the Catholic Charities of Dallas received $823,658 from the Department of Homeland Security for “Citizenship Education Training” for “refugee and entrant assistance.”

From Dec 2012 to January 2014, Baptist Child & Family Services received $62,111,126 in federal grants from Health & Human Services for “Unaccompanied Alien Children Program.”

George Bush instituted the White House Faith Based and Community Initiatives:

The guiding principle behind President Bush’s Faith-Based and Community Initiative is that faith-based charities should be able to compete on an equal footing for public dollars to provide public services. President Bush believes that the Federal government, within the framework of Constitutional church-state guidelines, should encourage faith-based charities to reach out with compassion to help even more people in need.

In the same way that President Obama has used (abused) the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008, designed to protect children from human trafficers, to justify this “crisis” he is using the faith based initiative to transfer wealth and facilitate an increase in the numbers of people entering the country illegally (Through little fault of their own…he has played pied piper big time).

You people on the left had better hope its a conspiracy because if it isn’t it means you all support the most unprepared and bumbling man to ever hold the office, perhaps in our history. Not only has he created a world in chaos and crisis but he has failed to create policies that serve the American people in general…many of the losers in his gaming of our system are women, children and minorities!

Who or what, pray tell, does this man serve?

It sure isn’t the American people! (We need jobs and less government spending and waste…he diddles, spends, creates chaos, and goes on vacation)

  19. Pie Guevara says:

Who gives a crap what Rush Limbaugh or the often wrong Politifact have to say?

    Ann Coulter nails it —
    http://www.anncoulter.com/columns/2014-07-16.html

“The precise reason our borders are besieged is that the 11 million to 20 million “undocumented migrants” currently living here seem just a few more bad Marco Rubio speeches away from being legalized. And the reason they entered the country undocumentedly is that Reagan granted amnesty to 3 million illegal aliens in 1986.

“Every powerful group in America is pushing for amnesty: President Obama, Sen. Schumer, Schumer’s new friends Sen. Marco Rubio and Gov. Chris Christie, Wall Street, the Republican National Committee, the Democratic National Committee, farmers, ethnic activists, the entire media, wealthy elites who need domestics and the Chamber of Commerce.”

  20. Chris says:

Tina: “Furthermore BCFS is a global charity.

Why not shelter these kids in their own countries if conditions are so dire?”

Uh…because those kids are in the United States already? Do you even know what you are saying at this point, or have your rage strokes become as incoherent to yourself as they are to rational people?

“I offer the following for consideration…do research it…we might just discover that Politico’s own pants are ablaze!”

Why do you frequently misidentify Politifact as “Politico?” This is at least the third time you have done so in recent memory.

Your Free Republic citation shows that you did not even read the Politifact link (can’t expose yourself to any material that might question Lord Limbaugh, can you?). The bogus conspiracy theories are explicitly addressed and debunked by Politifact.

(Also, any source that refers to an influx of refugee children as an “invasion” is not worth the time it takes to debunk them.)

You also offer nothing to support your charge that Obama has “abused” the immigration initiatives signed by Bush. You just state it, and you think that’s good enough.

    Sad.

  23. Tina says:

Chris your questions ignored the fact that this resort was to be a purchase, not temporary quarters. Libby’s article above at #4:

“Do you really believe that this is permanent housing? Or that the kids will have access to all the amenities that the hotel provides for paying guests?”

There are no “paying guests” anymore. The facility would be purchased, owned and used by a global nonprofit for what is described as:

The facility would have taken children ages 12 to 17 immediately from Border Patrol and housed them an average of 15 days, providing medical and mental health care, on-site educational programs, recreational programs and case management. All programs would be on-site and the children would not attend local schools or hospitals.

A resort…for 15 days? Please…they have to find family or sponsors, get them healthy, give them lawyers, teach them how to avoid deportation and become candidates for the Dream Act (to be expanded by Lollipop Pelosi as soon as they get her the Speakership back with the help of a sympathetic Hispanic community…except that may be backfiring)…and in the mean time they can play in the pool and take tennis lessons.

American kids get to settle for playing in fire hydrant spray in the streets while Obama spends and borrows their futures away.

An aside: Remember when you used to care about the debt? I guess you didn’t really mean it…must have been lying…you were just out to defeat GWB through relentless criticism and lots of pious posturing. Now this guy has added much more to the debt and you have no complaints…no matter what.

  29. Tina says:

This article adds another layer to the crisis for these kids. Sponsors are not being properly screened due to the overwhelming numbers:

One nonprofit estimated as many as 10 percent of the children are being sent to live in unacceptable or dangerous conditions. Given the numbers crossing the border, that could translate into thousands of children eventually having to be rescued by local child services agencies.

“There’s such a large pressure on social workers to reunify children quickly, and [while] the protocols of what background checks a sponsor has to go through [have] been reduced, the number of home visits has [also] been reduced,” said Caitlin Sanderson, program director at the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project.

Under federal law, children who arrive at the border without a parent or guardian are supposed to be processed by Homeland Security and then turned over in 72 hours to the Department of Health and Human Services. HHS is charged with placing the children in the best possible situation, which often means releasing them to family or other relatives or, if that’s not possible, sending them to facilities specially set up to handle them.

But the numbers have overwhelmed HHS’s Office or Refugee Resettlement, whose intake of unaccompanied minors jumped from 1,000 a month in March 2012 to 2,000 a month a year later to 9,500 children this May.

Another explores claims made about the refugee status of these kids:

Testifying before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Wednesday, Econometrica, Inc. Senior Economist Bryan Roberts told Congress that changes in crime rates alone could not explain the massive increase in migration from these countries, which he noted “all began in Fiscal Year 2012.”

“When one considers the evidence across the three countries, changes in crime rates and other underlying conditions are not compelling as an explanation for why all surges began in Fiscal Year 2012,” he told congress. “There are no changes in murder rates in 2012 that suggest an upsurge in violence in that year that would have triggered the surges.”

  31. Peggy says:

#16 Chris, Yes I realize it sounds crazy, but after taking into consideration what Obama has done and those who were helped or hurt from his policy decisions I find no other explanation.

Who was helped and who was hurt by his 2012 decision to allow kids in the US since 2007 to stay here?

Evidence goes back to 2010 the logistical planning was in place to handle the anticipated increase of kids arriving from central America and Mexico.

Look at his action just the past couple of months since these kid’s have been in the news. Almost complete silence from him as if there was no problem. He refused to go see the problem when he was in Texas. It appears he couldn’t chance having his picture used against him linking him to such an unpopular problem with the American people.

His actions dealing with other international decisions, too many to take the time to list, also adds to my gut feeling he’s working on his next job and has lost interest in his current one. Here are a few for thought; Israel, Germany, Russia, Ukraine…

Any way, like I said it’s just a gut feeling since he appears to lack any interest in doing what’s best for this country and would rather be off doing campaign speeches for the DNC.

My little dog is fine now, thanks for asking. His face and lips were so swollen I was afraid his throat would close. Drove a “little” over the speed limit to get to the vet in time. He’s had the same shots before without any reaction. Mystery why he did this time.

  32. Chris says:

Tina: “Chris your questions ignored the fact that this resort was to be a purchase, not temporary quarters.”

Huh? The charity was going to purchase the resort so that it could be used as temporary quarters for immigrants before their hearings. There is no contradiction here. What are you not getting?

You said in your post that this charity’s actions “suggest the Presidents declaration that he would return these kids to their home countries is another big fat lie.” This claim made no sense when you first said it, and nothing you’ve said since has made it make sense.

“…and in the mean time they can play in the pool and take tennis lessons.”

OK, so you really DO believe that the kids will have the same amenities as paying guests. Why didn’t you just say that? Is it because you realize how stupid it sounds?

Anyway, you’re wrong about the pool (and almost certainly wrong about “tennis lessons”), as even serial liar Todd Starnes admitted:

“In a tweet promoting his story, Starnes wrote, “Feds to house illegals at hotel – with poolside cabanas and concierge service,” but at the bottom of his original story on FoxNews.com, he admitted that “the illegals should not expect concierge service at the poolside cabanas. BCFS tells me it will more than likely fill in the swimming pools with dirt.”

If you have to lie, make things up and pretend to be stupid in order to further your anti-immigrant agenda, Tina, then it’s an agenda not worth furthering.

  33. Chris says:

Tina: “Remember when you used to care about the debt?”

    No. Quote me.

  34. Pie Guevara says:

Chris has been concerned about the national debt? No way. His goal is to enslave his students and their children, and their children’s children to an unsustainable and ever growing debt.

  35. Tina says:

    Good point Pie!

However, back when President Bush was being vilified in the press and on the left and right for spending, the growth in our debt, and a “bad” economy Chris was more than happy to pile on negatively here. I’m not about to go back through the archive to find a quote but as memory serves, the attitude and general tone is quite memorable.

Remember Democrats don’t win by demonstrating how their policies will improve things…they win by the Alinsky method…and disgruntled Republicans (honestly) join in if the issue bugs them too. Unfortunately many of them don’t realize who we are up against and how much worse things will be if we help them bash and batter.

I was arguing that although I wasn’t happy about the spending, what was being said was somewhat deceiving. Spending, in terms of revenue was in line with spending under other presidents (Until Pelosi took over) and so was our debt to GDP. Everyone else at PS, including our resident Republicans, were blasting Bush…can’t say I blame them.

As soon as Bush was out of office all talk of the horrible awful debt disappeared…except when they could continue to blame Bush.

I haven’t heard a peep from any liberal about the massive debt in the last five years of Obama even though it has climbed to $17.593 trillion to date (It was $10.240 trillion in 2008)

    CBO Projection:

Under Current Law, Federal Debt Will Stay at Historically High Levels Relative to GDP

The federal budget deficit, which shrank as a percentage of GDP for the third year in a row in 2012, will fall again in 2013, if current laws remain the same. At an estimated $845 billion, the 2013 imbalance would be the first deficit in five years below $1 trillion; and at 5.3 percent of GDP, it would be only about half as large, relative to the
size of the economy, as the deficit was in 2009.

Nevertheless, if the laws that govern taxes and spending do not change, federal debt held by the public will reach 76 percent of GDP by the end of this fiscal year, the largest percentage since 1950. With revenues expected to rise more rapidly than spending in the next few years under current law, the deficit is projected to dip as low as 2.4 percent of GDP by 2015 (see Summary Table 1). In later years, however, projected deficits rise steadily, reaching almost 4 percent of GDP
in 2023. For the 2014–2023 period, deficits in CBO’s
baseline projections total $7.0 trillion. With such deficits, federal debt would remain above 73 percent of GDP—far higher than the 39 percent average seen over the past four decades.
(As recently as the end of 2007, federal debt equaled just 36 percent of GDP.) Moreover, debt would be increasing relative to the size of the economy in the second half of the decade. (emphasis mine)

Our progressive buddies should be consistent on this issue especially since they believe so firmly in the redistribution of wealth and their policies have kept our economy in a state of stagnation, put vast numbers of people in poverty, created mostly low pay part time jobs, placed our health industry in chaos, raised premiums and co-pays for many Americans, maintained the highest corporate tax rates in the world and imposed draconian regulations that have sent many more businesses over seas, damaged the coal industry, devalued the dollar, put us in position for another bad crash, and spent tons of money on war (Another complaint about Bush for which Obama gets a pass). And none of them at PS can explain how those policies will create a vibrant economy and we are still waiting….tick tock!

The ACA was created so that the bad economics would result in the out years when Obama was out of office. Typical liberal tactic…goodies up front pain and suffering later after the people are already sucked in.

No doubt true, I would not be surprised by that at all. Chris is an oblivious, hypocritical, arrogant, condescending, self-aggradizing, self-righteous, agenda driven, talking points parroting, agit-prop spewing, vile, juvenile, goose-stepping left wing Democratic party demagog automaton who thinks he farts roses. (I think I covered most of it. :D)

In other words a liberal brat 1-15 and especially 15.

“At the core of liberalism is the spoiled child — miserable, as all spoiled children are, unsatisfied, demanding, ill-disciplined, despotic and useless. Liberalism is a philosophy of sniveling brats.”

“The second item in the liberal creed, after self-righteousness, is unaccountability. Liberals have invented whole college majors–psychology, sociology, women’s studies–to prove that nothing is anybody’s fault. No one is fond of taking responsibility for his actions, but consider how much you’d have to hate free will to come up with a political platform that advocates killing unborn babies but not convicted murderers. A callous pragmatist might favor abortion and capital punishment. A devout Christian would sanction neither. But it takes years of therapy to arrive at the liberal view.”

“The college idealists who fill the ranks of the environmental movement seem willing to do absolutely anything to save the biosphere, except take science courses and learn something about it.”

(Tina, do the above three remind you of anyone?)

“Giving money and power to government is like giving whiskey and car keys to teenage boys.”

“If you think health care is expensive now, wait until you see what it costs when it’s free.”

“When buying and selling are controlled by legislation, the first things to be bought and sold are legislators.”

“Freedom is not empowerment. Empowerment is what the Serbs have in Bosnia. Anybody can grab a gun and be empowered. It’s not entitlement. An entitlement is what people on welfare get, and how free are they? It’s not an endlessly expanding list of rights — the “right” to education, the “right” to food and housing. That’s not freedom, that’s dependency. Those aren’t rights, those are the rations of slavery — hay and a barn for human cattle. There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences.”

EU GDP: $16.5 trillion. U.S. GDP: $16.2 trillion. Percent of EU GDP spent on defense: 1.7. Percent of U.S. GDP spent on defense of, mostly, ****head EU: 4.4.

Too funny, Chris, our very own local Soros boob consults the twisted, radical left wing Soros funded demagogs Media Matters!

And this transparent jerk rails about the Fox News “right wing” agenda? (Who is more lame, Media Matters or Chris?)

50 million is 50 million. It would cost far less than 50 million to repatriate the illegal aliens that would be housed at the resort than to purchase the resort, fill in the swimming pool and house them there. Why buy resort housing? To accommodate a steady flow, of course. A Joe Arrapaio style tent city, or better yet, a few rented air conditioned buses and some hired escorts would do nicely.

In Chicago and elsewhere there are more than a American citizens who claim they could better use that 50 million or Obama’s proposed 3.7 billion to absorb this latest flood of illegal immigrants. Their complaints are worth repeating. even if Major Boob ignores them.

But first, let us hear from Chris’ side of the aisle, Obama’s illegal alien aunt Zeituni Onyango and more —
