It’s a 52 man dept. and the community is 2/3rds black, yet there are only 3 black officers on the police department. That’s shameful, what’s the problem here? The media has failed to ask the questions that readers want to know and that the people of Ferguson need to know! MSM ASKS…WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE?
The obvious questions in need of unbiased answers are: 1. How many black applicants passed the entrance test? 2. How many passed the background test? 3. How many flunked the probationary period?
I think reporters would rather infer Ferguson is a racist department because that sells more papers. It’s a simple matter to find out how many black applicants applied at the City of Ferguson in the last 5 years. Did anyone look at that? Can’t hire blacks if they don’t apply. Can’t hire minorities if they can’t pass the entrance examine or the background either. But, the media didn’t go that far, and I wonder why? Could it be because there was no story so the media is contriving one? If you are not wondering this…you’re probably a liberal.
Filling an employment slot should only be based on the applicant’s qualifications, regardless of what the politically correct think.
Based on personal experience I bet they don’t get many qualified applicants.

Actually that was one of the first questions the media asked. It was well publicized! MSM For about 3 days! try GOOGLE even! But it was the main story for a bit!

Darren Wilson was a former member of the Jennings Police Department, which its city council disbanded in 2011 over corruption and racial tension among its residents. Wilson reportedly did not have any disciplinary issues with the department, but all 45 officers were fired. The officers were allowed to write their version of events for any citizen complaints.. It was corrupt!
Police are trained to shoot to kill and Ferguson Police had Urban Shield terrorist training and their Blacks are their terrorists.
The police have used the citizens as a profit source and write a disproportionate amount of tickets to blacks, many fake for profit.
Ferguson municipal court is the city’s second-biggest source of revenue.

last Night CNN was there. They embedded with police, took some stock footage and left.
My guess is they will say protestors fired shots. They did not. I watched. They were far behind them.

What else happened? The Clergy showed up and directed traffic as they took the street.
They then kneeled in front on street and prayed
Then sang spiritual songs with crowd.
A Black Rev was arrested on the fake 5 sec rule and put into paddy wagon
Capt Ron Johnson showed up
Capt Johnson said he had no authority over Ferguson PD but never heard of the 5 sec rule.
In the end the protestors said they would stay there until the rev was released and started chanting and singing
After awhile the rev was released and the protestors slowly left for the night
