Additionally, have been told, Starbucks at East & Cohasset is moving to the west of current location to open new drive up store.
Panighetti’s restaurant will be moving by years end to the old Turandot restaurant location at 9th Ave & Esplanade.
Marie Calendars is being torn down for a new drive thru food place and several other businesses.
Also heard rumors the store under construction in the shopping center on East and Cohassett, next to Johnson shoes will be similar to Dave and Buster’s family fun entertainment with pretty good food.
Sorry to hear Panighetti’s is moving, but am sure they need a bigger place. Love having them so close.

Just wait until Chico gets a sales tax increase. Look for it on the 2016 ballot. (It will happen, especially after Redding and Paradise pass theirs.)
