Future Feminists of America? ~ Caution! F-Bombs Liberally Sprinkled by Young Children Throughout!

Posted by Tina

WARNING-This video may (should) be offensive. Your experience, should you choose to watch, is your own responsibility.

I don’t know what group of Democrats/feminists created this trashy video but I do know that it bites at the borders of child abuse and demonstrates the ugly underbelly of the radical feminist movement.

Anyone that has questioned my refusal to associate and identify with such people should no longer have any questions.

The group behind this ad is known as “FCKH8.” Unsurprisingly given their name, their tactics aren’t exactly known for their subtlety.

As a feminist, I personally think this ad was horrendous and counter-productive. Whatever positive message the group was trying to convey is drowned out by the language. I realize that they were intentionally going for “shock value,” but this will only cause a further backlash against feminism and give more ammo to those who believe it the movement is about corrupting children rather than equality.

I generally don’t approve of using kids in political ads at all, even if the language is completely civil–with few exceptions, kids that age just do not know what they are talking about, and using child actors to convey a political message–even if I agree with that message–is cheap emotional manipulation of the worst kind.

I wouldn’t go as far as saying that having child actors cuss counts as “child abuse,” but it was certainly unnecessary and gross. Thanks a lot, FCKH8, for making us all look crazy.

Thanks Chris. We can count you out of the radical feminist camp. I never had you there in the first place.

I don’t consider this child abuse simply for the cussing. Exploiting kids, actors or not, to deliver a political message is beyond gross. Putting the video online using this particular language puts them in a position to be further exploited by unsavory characters. Teaching and encouraging kids, especially this young, to speak this way in public is disturbing. Our nation has become course and ugly in so many ways. To include very young children in this ugliness is an unforgivable breach that deserves condemnation..

At the risk of sounding “starry eyed” I will also say that we as a nation used to protect and value our children more. This horrible video is yet another example of a shift in moral clarity.

Short clip but I appreciate the message…yep, I’ll be seeing this one.

Peggy, I think the author of that article is making quite a leap to suggest that clip has any kind of political message. The ones piracy theory that the moon landing was faked is not the domain of either the right or the left. Nor is changing textbooks to forward a political agenda; see the Texas board of education debate.
