From Catholic online: “751 “no-go” zones exist in France today. These “no-go” zones are areas in France that the French state does not control. These areas are Muslim-dominated neighborhoods. Non-Muslims dare not step foot into the areas.
The “no-go” zones, officially called Zones Urbaines Sensibles (ZUS), or Sensitive Urban Zones range in size and quantity. According to reports, there is hardly a town if France that does not have at least one ZUS.
ZUS formations began in late 1996, and more than 5 million people live in them; that’s 8 percent of France’s population. Area locations include the heavily Muslim parts of Paris, Marseilles, Strasbourg, Lille and Amiens.
Seine-Saint-Denis, a northern suburb of Paris is home to an estimated 500,000 Muslims and 36 of the 40 districts in the area are “no-go” zones.
French rulings and law enforcement hold no bar in the no-go zones. They aren’t even allowed in. The host-countries have lost control over the “no-go” zones. Public aid can’t even infiltrate to help when needed.
Seine-Saint-Denis experiences frequent acts of violence, riots, fires and shootings everyday by large gangs of the Muslim youth.

According to Washington Times, “France has Europe’s largest population of Muslims, some of whom talk openly of ruling the country one day and casting aside Western legal systems for harsh, Islam-based Shariah law.”

They were walking in public areas of the annual Dearborn Arab Festival on Sunday 17 June 2012 (Father’s Day), carrying placards and wearing T-shirts bearing mild statements of their belief in Jesus Christ.
An unruly crowd of many dozens of Arab Muslim Festival-goers, both men and women, old and young, and including children became verbally abusive and then physically violent with the Christians, pushing, shoving, and hurling objects at them that included bottles, eggs, and rocks.

As I have pointed out more than once, this is not a list of “no-go zones.” All it takes is a simple run through Google Translate and a trip to Wikipedia to see that these zones are listed as “high-priority targets for city policy,” and suffer from problems such as:
–A high percentage of public housing, with little home ownership.
–High unemployment.
–A low percentage of high-school graduates

There is nothing there about Muslim violence or about police and community members being afraid to venture in. All of those claims come from anecdotes and unreliable sources such as the Washington Times.

Like all “bad neighborhoods” it is possible that some of these areas are unsafe, and that ethnic violence may be distubingly commonplace. But there has been no evidence provided that this is a problem unique to Muslims, rather than poor minority communities in general. Nor has there been evidence that police are too scared to venture into these neighborhoods or that they are “controlled” by ethnic enclaves instead of French law.
A ray of hope:
“Four people were killed Friday when the terrorist Amedy Coulibaly took several hostages inside a Kosher market in Paris, but that number may well have been higher were it not for a quick-thinking employee of the market named Lassana Bathily.
Bathily, a 24-year-old Muslim from Mali, was working in the store in the Porte de Vincennes neighborhood when the Islamist gunman burst in.
As panic ensued, up to 15 customers in the store hurried down to the store basement, when Bathily had an idea.
“When they ran down, I opened the door [to the freezer],” he told France’s BFMTV.
He quickly shut off the freezer and switched off its light. As he closed the door to shelter the customers inside, he told them, “Stay calm here. I’m going out.”
Eventually police raided the market, killing Coulibaly. As the hostages were freed from the freezer, they had a few words of thanks for Bathily. “They congratulated me,” he told BFMTV.”

Don’t Forget Great Britain Has The Same Problems With Islam

If you haven’t seen it, it is well worth reading. This article interviews the principles involved and it is very revealing on Muslim isolationism and how the British government and the constabulary is cowed by political correctness lunacy. In the article Islam is declined to be named by the officials questioned. There is no doubt in my mind that they fear being clubbed by the “Islamophobia” political correctness cudgel. This is what “political correctness” brings, as Tina has pointed out on more than one occasion — the abrogation of free speech through intimidation. Think Newspeak.

It is true that some officers have commented on the rise of “no go zones,” and I see no reason not to believe them. That said, I still think the anti-Islam movement is exaggerating the scope of the problem. For instance, in the German article cited by FrontPageMag, the police commissioner describes many problems facing the police, focusing mostly on a lack of funding caused by austerity measures, that are contributing to the police’s inability to effectively meet the needs of many areas. But the article singles out his comments on no go areas to make it sound like the problems are completely caused by majority Muslim communities. I also see no evidence that such communities are on the rise in the U.S.
Many people suffer from the “problems” associated with these zones. They don’t force people of other beliefs to stay out and they don’t set up their own rules and judicial system. The time for excuse making is long past.
These groups are not assimilating; they are occupying with the intent of taking over whole cities and the entire country/continent.
Listen to the young people in the video in Jack’s posted article about Dearborn Michigan. The young people have been taught hatred and that white Americans do not have a right to this land because a long time ago they “took it” from the indigenous people. This history is narrow to say the least. The reason they think they have a right to treat fellow Americans with violence and disdain is because they are also being taught that they, as Muslims/Arabs, are superior and destined to rule the world. They certainly are not being brought up to live under our American values and Constitution. How, in Gods name, were they or their parents ever granted citizenship…unless they deceitfully lied about their intentions to be Americans?
One more time: We are not talking about Muslims like Bathily, who clearly demonstrates his desire and willingness to live in peaceful coexistence with others IN FREEDOM!
The very suggestion is absurd!
It is important that we discuss the actions and the very real threat that violent, tyrannical Muslim zealots are waging against the West without being distracted and handcuffed by the idiocy of political correctness.
Mulsims like Bathily, who put his own life in danger when he helped the customers, are assimilated and do embrace freedom. It was brave of him to stand against the terrorists. WE REALIZE that to do so put him in great danger within the Muslim community. WE UNDERSTAND!!!! WE APPLAUD him!!!!!
We abhor the attempt to discredit and silence anyone who dares to report what is happening in these zones now under self imposed sharia law. We abhor the constant need to place a “but” behind every statement…”but” not all Muslims are violent! We KNOW! Is it possible for you to focus on the problem?
