Hillary Emails

Posted by Jack

The democrats would like us to believe we’ve heard all that there is on Benghazi….then along comes this:  WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Huge gaps exist in the emails former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has provided to a congressional committee investigating the 2012 attack on a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, the panel’s chairman said on Sunday.

Republican Representative Trey Gowdy said his committee lacked documentation from Clinton’s trip to Libya after the attack despite a popular photo image of her using a handheld device during a flight to that country.

“We have no emails from that day. In fact we have no emails from that trip,” said Gowdy, who heads the committee in the U.S. House of Representatives. “There are huge gaps.”

    OMG

First of all many politicians who were using private email were wrong in my book. That is why a law was passed in 2014. John Kerry is the first in that position to use gov email, interesting.

But that leaves a huge problem. The non-elected who run the NSA can not be trusted with these emails either. Homeland Security is a fraud using tax dollars to spy on taxpayers. What is it 1 attack stopped for all those millions of tax dollars?

Clinton ran a linux server in her basement. So my guess is they were secure. Probably had to so Bill could use Match.com LOL

But the Benghazi deal is so tired out and over. ya wanna know what was going on? So would I. However it was a CIA Operation running guns to the Syrian rebels? Was ISIS involved? I do not know.

Stevens knew about it and gave permission. So it is a CIA issue.

That is exactly what they are all hiding. Protecting the CIA. Why? I do not know. I do know the CIA will kill someone who does not obey them.

No One wants another Bush or Clinton in the white House. So lets all make sure that is not the choice.

    Benghazi = CIA Operation

Why are the thousands murdered by the Iraq war not important?

    • Post Scripts says:

“Why are the thousands murdered by the Iraq war not important?” Which Iraq war and who says they are not important? Georgia sounds like you know secret information about the CIA that none of us peons knows. So, how long have you been working for the CIA anyway? How many people have you killed? Could you name a few people that refused to obey the CIA and were killed or is that secret information? Don’t want to get you in trouble…so only answer if you will be killed, okay?

  2. Jim says:

I’m sure that you are also concerned about the 5 MILLION emails missing from the Bush administration.

    • Post Scripts says:

First I have heard about it Jim. But, as a taxpayer I’m concerned about any breach in security just like you. You are concerned about Hillary’s foolish use of private email for government business right?

Thanks for pointing out this really old news. “Its Bush’s fault” story is interesting, but I think I’m going to stay on the Hillary story for now. Mostly because its newer and she’s running for President. Bush isn’t.

  3. Georgia says:

yes The bush email deal really pisses me off. They are trying to hide the war tracks. so many docs out show the lies we were told. Too many people have come out with a bit of truth. We have to deal with all of it to fix the system. forget the planted conspiracies stick to the documented facts and that is enough to see.

By hiding the truth of the Iraq Wars we are saying it’s OK for all the presidents to do such. Obama needs his drone program looked at on that note as well.

If we do not clean our house of those politicians who commit crimes then we will not be respected by the world. The Iraq war is especially a sore spot with the world.

Mr Post, The information is pretty public.
If you depend on any news stations or media for your information, then you may be missing allot of real information. Documented.

The level of corruption and possible treason in our congress is on high alert. Democrats and Republicans.

  4. Georgia says:

BTW Trey Gowdy’s appearance on Face the Nation was a farce. The picture he was blabbing about was taken a year before Benghazi. It is all campaign stuff. The base loves it so the use it.

Colin Powell, himself, pointed out yesterday, he too had a personal e-mail.

Colin Powell said he used personal email, did not keep copies because anything sent to someone in the government a record was kept in that system. That’s exactly the same thing that Secretary Clinton’s folks said last week.

So While I do not want Hilliary for a president because she is a corporate, wall street, tied to the banks DINO.

I say lets keep it real.

  5. Jim says:

PS:”…I’m concerned about any breach in security just like you. You are concerned about Hillary’s foolish use of private email for government business right?”

Many other government officials have used private email, including Colin Powell and Jeb Bush, who is running for president.

I’m not so sure that what Hillary did was at all foolish. In light of the Edward Snowden hacking of the government email system, it would seem that Hillary was very wise to use her own.

Now about Benghazi, it’s been thoroughly investigated and the Republicans have NOTHING! Seriously it’s time to move on and do something productive. There are far more seriously problems this country is facing that incident.

    • Post Scripts says:

Jim, obviously you are looking for a way to dismiss this issue…I get it. However, you can’t be casting blame at Bush for (allegedly) doing the same thing as Hillary and not hold Hillary to the same standard.

Re the right or wrong of this: Lets take a look at what the State Department rules say about email security and remember Hillary was the head of the state department and she has the highest obligation to abide by the rules and set a good example. Dept. of State Manual: 12 FAM 540 – SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (SBU) (CT:DS-190; 03-05-2013) (Office of Origin: DS/SI/IS) (Link) http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/88404.pdf “It is the Department’s general policy that normal day-to-day operations be conducted on an authorized [Automated Information System], which has the proper level of security control to provide nonrepudiation, authentication and encryption, to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the resident information,” That’s pretty clear, you can’t use unsecured private email to conduct state department business. It’s not protected and that is a security breech.

Why are you defending Hillary on this, it doesn’t make sense to me? Just because we had Snowden spilling communication secrets, it doesn’t mean everybody in government has a right go around established security protocols and do whatever they want.

You said, “Now about Benghazi, it’s been thoroughly investigated and the Republicans have NOTHING! Seriously it’s time to move on and do something productive.” We wouldn’t be on Benghazi right now if Hillary had come clean and presented relevant emails to the investigation. She didn’t and now we have to go back for a review, this is how all investigations work. I can’t understand why you are being so defensive?

  6. David says:

“So While I do not want Hilliary for a president because she is a corporate, wall street, tied to the banks DINO.

I say lets keep it real.”

Starting with Georgia and including the entire Democratic Party, not just Hillary, “keeping it real” would be nice.

  7. Georgia says:

    Jim;
That thought has crossed my mind as well. To be honest if the old Presidential server was in my basement, secret service protected, and it was allowed in the rules, I may have elected to do the same. It was within the law so I take no current issue with it.

I agree with you on the Snowden. Also The NSA is just a bunch of Joe Smucks working for a private company related to pappy Bush through Carlye group. Not secure at all. Easily infiltrated.

I am very concerned about the missing Bush emails because we have a very unique situation where International and domestic law has been broken, and really need to admit it at the very least. Show the world we hold our crooks accountable.

  8. Harold says:

With Hillary’s silence that is about as real as it is ever going to get from the Clintons.

Once they send out their trail balloons of spin to see which does best, then the deceitful nature of their actions become so convoluted, no one ever seems to get to the REAL truth of their actions.

And that’s about “AS REAL AS IT GETS” Starting with Whitewater and Tyson and, and, and on and on……

  9. David says:

Heavens to Murgatroyd!!! The Bush emails!!! The Bush emails!!! The Bush emails!!!

That controversy was settled back in December of 2009 with millions of emails restored from backup tapes. Here is the timeline provided by the The National Security Archive …

    http://www2.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/news/20080417/chron.htm

I wonder if Hillary will have to undergo similar legal scrutiny. Let us hope so.

The “Bush did it and the media shrugged” theory (which is a silly perversion of the truth to begin with)being floated by Soros funded lackeys like Media Matters does not give Hillary a pass. Well, except in some of the minds on the left.

Politics is blood sport and turnabout is fair play no matter how hypocritical it may seem to some.

“Private” server, my horse’s patoot. No doubt by the time Hillary is subpoenaed to turn over her server for forensic examination (if ever) the drive will have been thoroughly wiped multiple times alternating the DOD 7 pass and the Gutmann method. Of course no backup exists.

  10. Harold says:

    trail balloons …oops typo “trial”

or if that’s not to your satisfaction as a explanation, ask a Clinton Liberal for a convoluted spin on a email mistake.

  11. Harold says:

I agree with post #14 by David,

Actually as far back as I can recall, this
‘private keeper of Government related correspondence’ goes back to the missing Nixon tapes, and see where that got him!

When they go missing, so should the person

    • Post Scripts says:

The thing here is Hillary did this deliberately for some reason. She knew better. But, she set herself up, thinking she was above the law. She finally got caught. I don’t trust her.

  12. David says:

Yes, Post Scripts in #17, she thought she was above or at least invulnerable to the law. She may have mislead herself into believing under the statutes governing federal workers at the time gave her an out.

Such is the arrogance of the Clintons. This woman should never become POTUS. She is a force of immorality, self-interest, and evil. The ridiculous cuckquean enabler of grotesque serial philanderer and probable rapist who hobnobs with a likely pedophile. She is so consumed with her pursuit of power that she threatens and abuses the paramours and victims of her husband. Some “champion” of women. She is at best a sad joke of a woman. Very sad.

Thank goodness Hillary stumbles over her own hypocrisy and imperiousness.

The Clinton circus is back in town, but not for long. Hillary is going down and soon will be tossed on the ash heap of history.

  13. pal says:

I agree with #17, I don’t trust her either. She said she did this for convenience. She didn’t want to carry two devices because of two email accounts. One of her 100’s of advisors should have told her that you can check two email accounts from the same device.
    Her excuse doesn’t fly.

    • Post Scripts says:

Hillary is totally out of touch with technology. But, then so are a lot of people who don’t live in the real world. Hillary thought posting a secret service agent next to her computer would keep the hackers out. You don’t know whether to laugh or cry about some of this stuff.

A comedian quipped, she’s like Owen Wilson’s character in Zoolander. When they were told where the secret files were hidden he says in disbelief, “They are in the computer?” “Okay, then help me smash the computer so we can get them out!”

  14. Harold says:

“Hillary is totally out of touch with technology”

I do not think Hillary is out of touch with Technology, on a Talk show recently she made a big deal out of the fact she has four mobile devices at her disposal. Not bad for someone who claimed to leave the WH broke!

But as to the “out of touch” with anything, She is way out of touch with honesty and her explanations.

  15. Peggy says:

Judge Napolitano: Hillary Clinton ‘probably committed perjury’ if she signed key docs:

“Judge Andrew Napolitano told viewers on “Special Report with Bret Baier” Thursday that if Hillary Clinton signed one of two key documents required of all government officials, she “probably committed perjury” in regards to the email controversy that has dogged her for weeks.

“There are two forms that she had to sign,” the Fox News judicial analyst said of the former secretary of state. “She had to sign one on day one, in which she took an oath to preserve, in the government’s possession, government records. If she signed it, and two weeks later, diverted the government server to Chappaqua, NY, she probably committed perjury.”

“The second one,” he added, “the one you sign in your last day in office, in which you say, ‘I have returned to the government already’ – it’s in the past tense – ‘the records,’ if she signed that, and did so under oath, as the document requires that you swear to it – she probably committed perjury.”

Napolitano added that former CIA chief General David Petraeus will plead guilty in a similar situation – government papers were found in his home after he had left government service, despite the fact that he had signed the forms declaring that he had returned all government property before leaving his post.

Clinton has not publicly commented on whether she signed these forms, though Napolitano speculates that her actions could implicate her either way.

“We don’t know if she signed this, but we do know – no one in the government would be authorized to exempt her from these documents.”
