Rich Middle Easter Nations Reject Refugees Fleeing ISIS Terror

Posted by Tina

In the last few days we’ve heard about the thousands of refugees fleeing their native Syria for the Grecian shores , hoping to make their way into the nations of Europe. Some have died, including children. As the world tries to resolve the many problems associated with allowing mass entry into their countries, including the spread of terror, the wealthy nations of the Middle East have refused to absorb the fleeing masses:

More than four million Syrians have been forced to escape the never-ending civil war ravaging their country and the barbaric terror group carving a bloody trail across the Middle East.

The vast majority live in overcrowded refugee camps in Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt and Iraq – all under threat from ISIS – and record numbers are making the perilously long journey to Europe.

Yet, as debate rages between politicians in Europe over how many they should take, nearby super-wealthy Gulf nations of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain have refused to offer sanctuary to a single Syrian refugee.

Amnesty International’s Head of Refugee and Migrants’ Rights, Sherif Elsayid-Ali, described their inaction as ‘shameful’.

The Arab expert, Sultan Sooud al-Qassemi, has said, “‘The Gulf must realise that now is the time to change their policy regarding accepting refugees from the Syria crisis. It is the moral, ethical and responsible step to take.'”

According to the article The US has pledged to take in 16,286 Syrian refugees. Democrat presidential hopeful Martin O’Malley argues we should take in 65,000 by next year. This crisis is unprecedented in modern times…another failure created, in large part, by the policies of President Obama.

There was a time when quick, decisive action by the UN or the US would have chased off Assad. If we did it I don’t know if they would be at peace, but could they be any worse off than this mess? Stupid Obama.

Had there been a smidgen of leadership in the white house after Obumble’s “red line” threat, things would be much different in the middle east today.
And he hasn’t been able to find any other colors to use in his toy box.

His legacy will be one hot mess that’s for sure…chaos, death, destruction, division, despair…no opportunity, no improvement, no peace!

Also hearing that while Muslims are being admitted to the US Christians are being denied. Johnnie Moore stated there were hundreds of Christians who have been waiting for over six months for visas.

Outraged Newsmax TV Viewers Help Bring Iraqi Nun to US:

“Pressure from outraged Newsmax TV viewers and others has forced the State Department to reverse course and grant a visa allowing an Iraqi nun into the United States to speak out about “Christian genocide” in the Middle East, author Johnnie Moore revealed Friday on “Newsmax Prime.”

In an interview with host J.D. Hayworth, Moore credited Newsmax TV viewers with helping to put enormous pressure on the Obama administration to allow Dominican Sister Diana Momeka to come to Washington to talk about the persecution of Christians in her war-torn nation.”

U.S. State Dept. Invites Muslim Leaders, Denies Christians:

“According to Emmanuel Ogebe, a Nigerian human rights lawyer based in Washington D.C., the Christian governor’s “visa problems” are due to anti-Christian bias in the U.S. government:

The U.S. insists that Muslims are the primary victims of Boko Haram. It also claims that Christians discriminate against Muslims in Plateau, which is one of the few Christian majority states in the north. After the [Christian governor] told them [U.S. authorities] that they were ignoring the 12 Shariah states who (sic) institutionalized persecution … he suddenly developed visa problems. … The question remains — why is the U.S. downplaying or denying the attacks against Christians?”

I’d like to hear why this administration denies visas to those who are not members of ISIS or other terrorist groups but issues tenfold more visas to those who are.

Syrian Christians denied entry into the United States, archbishops say:

“Catholic archbishops from Iraq and Syria said Tuesday that while they hope to help their people stay in the Middle East, they also believe those trying to leave are being unjustly discriminated against when applying for United States visas.

Philadelphia (CNA/EWTN News) – According to federal data, since October 2014, 906 Muslim refugees from Syria were granted U.S. visas, while only 28 of Syria’s estimated 700,000 displaced Christians were given the same. Even when accounting for population percentages (Christians account for 10 percent of the religious makeup of Syria), the numbers of visas granted seems widely disproportional.

They said that while they do not believe the discrimination against giving Christians visas goes all the way to the top of America’s administration, their people have noticed the injustice.

“Our people are asking these questions: how come we apply for the American visa and are denied?” Archbishop Warda said.

“This is a clear case of persecution,” he added.

“They’re being denied visas while others who have participated (in the violence) or at least were silent can go.”

      Peggy this is a disgrace!

“… while they do not believe the discrimination against giving Christians visas goes all the way to the top of America’s administration, their people have noticed the injustice.”

Our divisive leaders would never make a direct order for all to hear…but you might find it on a private server somewhere!

    More from Front Page Magazine.

U.S. and West Victimize Christians Fleeing ISIS:
“While welcoming Muslim asylum seekers with open arms.

Christian minorities forced out of their homes who manage to reach Western nations—including the United States—sometimes encounter more trouble.

Despite having family members to sponsor them, a group of 20 Christians who fled the Islamic State in Iraq have been imprisoned indefinitely at the Otay Detention Facility in San Diego, even though they have local family members and Christian leaders who vouch for them (the primary way that the majority of detained foreign nationals are released is to the supervision of American citizens vouching for them).

Activists say that the men and women in detention have been held indefinitely for too long, including by the U.S. government’s own standards. Some have been imprisoned for over seven months with no hearing date set for their release.

Mark Arabo, a spokesman for the Chaldean community in San Diego said “they are being held without a real reason…. They’ve escaped hell [IS]. Let’s allow them to reunite with their families.”

The detainees include a woman who pleaded to see her sickly mother. The mother died before being reunited with her daughter who escaped the clutches of IS. “She had been begging to be let out” of the U.S. detention center and see her dying mother, said a priest aware of her case.

Discussing the ongoing plight of these Iraqi Christians, San Diego’s East County Magazine concludes: “Why the federal government has failed to take steps to expedite such reunification in cases where family and religious leaders are willing to vouch for and help those seeking asylum here, then, remains an unfathomable mystery.”

Such “unfathomable mysteries” are reminiscent of the U.S. State Dept.’s habit of inviting Muslim representatives but denying visas to Christian representatives. Since the start of 2015, 4,205 Muslims have been admitted into the U.S. from Iraq but only 727 Christians. For every one Christian the U.S. grants asylum, it grants asylum to five or six Muslims—even though Christians, as persecuted “infidel” minorities, are in much greater need of sanctuary, not to mention more assimilating to American culture than Muslims.”

Peggy, I hate to read stories like this, but we need too. There is something fundamentally wrong in Washington right now.

President Barack Hussein Obama – worst president ever. Can’t wait until he’s gone.
