A new PEW report finds that 40% of Millenials “support government censorship of speech offensive to minority groups.”
Although the majority of Americans don’t support censorship, “27 percent of those in “Generation X,” ages 35-50, 24 percent of Baby Boomers, ages 51-69, and 21 percent of those 70 and older” agree in censorship of language that is “offensive” to minorities.
Democrats are twice as likely as Republicans within the minority to believe in censorship, according to PEW.
Very depressing to me. I keep hearing liberals say things like “hate speech is not free speech,” and I just don’t get it.

It’s depressing that this many Americans would even consider such a thing.
This movement attaches to the modern Democrat Party. The Democrats of old were American through and through. They didn’t quite know what to do with radicals in the sixties who at that time were down on LBJ. But if we mine the decades since then, we end up with the same conclusion. Radicals from the sixties changed politics in America dramatically. They changed our nation socially, educationally, and politically, and socially. Radicals are now in charge in the Democrat Party. They have created activist groups in the hundreds, if not thousands. Educators have been trained by radicals in our universities. A number of Corporate heads that support the left are of an extreme or radical bent. The media too has shifted from delivering news to 24/7 editorializing. Thankfully we’ve begun to have some editorializing to counter it.
Not all of these people think of themselves as radical because the narrative has been shaped, molded and controlled for decades to adjust the norms. Extreme positions on global warming and healthcare for instance do a great deal of harm for little return and are promoted politically with emotional appeal more than science or economic consequence. Boogie men are created to ensure that radical steps will be supported. On campus disgusting slights are elevated to the same level as lynchings, emotionally.
This is not an accident, in my opinion. This is the result of a concerted effort over many decades. Transforming America has been the goal of radical Marxists since the thirties at least. The destruction of American ideals and values will be the end of America if we don’t wake up and work against these elements to save her.
I know you identify with the left, and that’s fine, but I caution you to question the motives of those who push hard left ideas and programs by creating division, by exaggerating or twisting the message of those who oppose them, and by creating emergency or sensational situations where none really exist. These are propagandists, liars and thieves. You are not one of them.
Speaking of information that we’re allowed to hear, this video is really scary if there’s any validity to it.

This is the type of mosque that needs to be invited to leave on the basis that their religious beliefs can never be considered compatible with western laws or values.

Today if I had to choose between the two, if they were my only options, I’d go for isolationist policy.

Free Speech? Well anymore free Speech is Money so in reality who ever has the most money gets to use more Hate speech right?
Bottom Line actual free Speech is almost gone. Censorship by Media is my biggest concern. The 6 main owners do censor whatever is not in the best interest of their profits.
Democrats? That party is about as divided as the Republican party. Most people are turning Independent these days ….slowly but surely we all are leaving the 2 bought out Parties.
