Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino killed four people in his neighbors home in Kansas last night. He was captured in rural Missouri but not before killing another man. Serrano-Vitorino, 49, was once again in the country illegally. The man was arrested and fingerprinted in September for drivving without a license. An ICE spokeperson acknowledged a “mistake” was made:
ICE said that it mistakenly sent a retainer for Serrano-Vitorino to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, where the suspect was not in custody.
It added that it “regrets the error” that allowed him to walk free rather than sending him into the immigration legal system and support or inspirelikely back to his native Mexico.
Leadership flows from the top. The nation’s leader does not support nor inspire discipline or a strong commitment to border security. This is just the latest example of a failed president. It isn’t that this couldn’t happen under any leader; it’s that this leader doesn;t seem to give a rip and it shows.
You are irrational. In any enterprise staffed by human beings, mistakes will be made.
And again, the fellow is in custody. What is your problem?

A porous border, a President that likes it that way, a President that won’t support border guards, and a Congress that doesn’t focus on border security and the law.
