FBI Releases Report Hillary’s Emails

Posted by Tina

The release of the FBI report on the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails is featured in many news reports today. Is anyone paying attention? Not likely. Nevertheless, the FBI has released the final report and it’s contents underscores the fact that Hillary Clinton is not fit to serve the people as president. She admits to having a poor memory after her head injury and indicates she left the responsibility for classified information to her staff. Her arrogance, carelessness, and deceitful nature make her a person of questionable character…nonchalance and passing the buck aren’t qualities I look for in a leader. Zero Hedge has a copy of the report and listed key excerpts:

*CLINTON DENIED USING PRIVATE EMAIL TO AVOID FEDERAL RECORDS ACT

*CLINTON KNEW SHE HAD DUTY TO PRESERVE FEDERAL RECORDS: FBI

*COLIN POWELL WARNED CLINTON PRIVATE E-MAILS COULD BE PUBLIC:FBI

*FBI SAYS CLINTON LAWYERS UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY OF 13 DEVICES

*AT LEAST 100 STATE DEPT. WORKERS HAD CLINTON’S E-MAIL ADDRESS

CLINTON SAID SHE NEVER DELETED, NOR INSTRUCTED ANYONE TO DELETE, HER EMAIL TO AVOID COMPLYING WITH FEDERAL RECORDS LAWS OR FBI OR STATE REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION

CLINTON AIDES SAID SHE FREQUENTLY REPLACED HER BLACKBERRY PHONE AND THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE OLD DEVICE WOULD “FREQUENTLY BECOME UNKNOWN”

CLINTON CONTACTED POWELL IN JANUARY 2009 TO INQUIRE ABOUT HIS USE OF A BLACKBERRY WHILE IN OFFICE;POWELL ADVISED CLINTON TO ‘BE VERY CAREFUL

The FBI chose not to pursue Hillary’s violations of federal record keeping laws deferring to the state department even though their investigation found significant violations that when prosecuted successfully will result in fines and/or imprisonment.

Zero Hedge referred to an article by Circa discussing FBI findings that Hillary and her staff repeatedly violated federal record-keeping laws:

The FBI “indirectly documented hundreds, and likely thousands, of violations of the Records Act,” one source with direct knowledge of the FBI’s investigation told Circa.

Using forensics, the FBI recovered from computer drives and other witnesses about 15,000 emails from Mrs. Clinton’s private account that dealt with government business, most that had not been turned over by her or her aides, the sources said. … Accounts from witnesses suggested the efforts to keep Mrs. Clinton’s government email communications on a device and server outside the reach of public records laws or congressional oversight were “systemic and intentional” and began as soon as Mrs. Clinton took office in 2009, one source told Circa.

    Hello????
    Why are you so behind?

We all know she broke the law and those before her as well. They are protecting her because it is a very large International House of Cards. The FBI and Intel community have the goods on her. They can not just open it wide up because it will unravel the world wide corruption to the highest levels of the worlds Leaders.

I have hinted at many of the unvetted leaks. I must say they are playing out pretty darn close. It is hard to know which are real leaks and counter-intel by anonymous posts claiming to be FBI.

WIKIleaks has 100% rating so far, but you deny the info when it does not suit you

The Politicians and elite operate in a Parallel world and these actions are “Just Business” to them.

The Bush/Cheney Admin has their slew of friends as well. In the end they all interweave. #Halliburton #Carlyle #Zapato

Party politics is a game to keep people divided anymore. This is a corporate coup they are all #Fascists in the end

So have ya read the leaks on these trade deals yet? Those are the nail in the coffin

Both sides are preforming election fraud and I hear crickets……..

    Americans reap what they sow

I am flabbergasted as the story unfolds to see what I hoped was a wild story all come true.
If you think it s just Clinton’s you are grossly mistaken. I hope we can take them down and get the Bush’s next.

Know your history and throw away this party crap. The Bush’s and Cinton’s are good friends for a reason.

Ya think Assanges lawyer really committed suicide by throwing himself in front of a Train? Ya think all these people dropping like flies is normal?

    JFK was the warning shot.

Ya think Bernie just bowed out? Look at his face during the convention. The shadow gov has no party and people disappear

Too bad you can not use critical thinking and drop party politics

We need to rid ourselves of the CIA and Reign in the NSA

The real Bomb has not been dropped. Julian does not like Clinton and he is about to leak better, Juicy stuff……

“The Bush/Cheney Admin has their slew of friends as well. In the end they all interweave. #Halliburton #Carlyle #Zapato ”

I asked you before to stop making accusations without posting evidence of actual lawlessness. If you have evidence that Bush Cheney et all actually broke laws post it!

” Ya think all these people dropping like flies is normal?”

What I think is they were all connected to the Clintons, George Soros, and other nefarious characters and I’ve been observing such for about twenty years. I have seen no direct evidence linking the Bush family or other leading republicans or democrats to this global cabal, although there may be some. If you have ACTUAL EVIDENCE of complicity please post it. Generalizations don’t count.

“The shadow gov has no party”

Ahhh but it does share an ideology and that ideology is antithetical to republican ideals. Not so in the modern Democrat Party whose leadership has embraced the ideals that make up the “shadow gov” you speak about and the notion of open borders and centralized world governance. You don’t seem able to grasp that to preserve our nations ideological founding we need to strengthen both parties; we need representatives willing to expose and explode the corruption. You mention the bodies…would you be surprised to find out that many of our leaders are just as aware, maybe more so, as you are?

“Too bad you can not use critical thinking ”

I am not your enemy, Bozo. And if your comment is is an example of “thinking critically” we’re in real trouble!

“We need to rid ourselves of the CIA and Reign in the NSA:

HOW? Critical thinking requires that you have a plan. What is your genius plan and how should it be executed?

      “Juicy stuff”

      An adolescent response!

      • Tim says:

Or, alternately: there’s no “shadow gov,” neither the Bushes nor the Clintons have had people killed, JFK was killed by a lone gunman and not Ted Cruz’s father, Wikileaks is run by a rapist who doesn’t care who he hurts as long as he’s in the news, and the CIA serves a much needed function.

        Crazy, right?

  2. Tim says:

That Clinton lied about her e-mails is something that was proven long ago. Any HRC supporter or liberal who continues to deny this is simply in denial. I’m not sure what part of this is new, but it is more proof that she lied about what she knew about the proper procedures and when she do it.

If there were a viable alternative I wouldn’t vote for her. Trump, in addition to having no chance of winning, lies just as often if not more so. And if I were to guess which candidate had a head injury just based on the way they speak, I’d have to go with Trump. He can barely finish a sentence without contradicting himself or using nonsensical grammar, and makes Sarah Palin look articulate. He’s better with a teleprompter, though. Remember when that was a major criticism of Obama? Funny how that’s been forgotten, and the same people actually praise Trump when he uses one. (See: Hannity, Sean.)

The best thing Republicans can do now is dump Trump and work on who they’re gonna put up in 2020. After Romney’s loss, Jindal and other Republicans did an autopsy and decided their next candidate would reach out to minorities, women and the college educated. Trump did the opposite and his ratings among each demographic are dismal. Republicans can’t afford to make this mistake again, nor can you afford Trump as president for four years–you don’t want this guy becoming the face of your party any more than he already has. This year will be an embarassment for Republicans no matter what happens.

Clinton will likely be an unpopular president and you can get a real Republican in office in 2020, not this big government tariff-lover who wants to implement political correctness tests for immigrants to make sure they think the proper thoughts. (I wonder how many of his own supporters would pass the parts about gay rights and respect for women he’s proposed in this “ideology tests.”)

I predict that HRC will not get more than 50% of the vote, but she will still win by about 47-50% with Trump at less than 40%. Third party candidates will get a total of 10% of the vote, more than usual since both parties have put up such unfavorable candidates. This is the best case scenario for Republicans, sensible Democrats and libertarians. Clinton won’t be able to claim a “mandate” to push the more whacko parts of her agenda like her hostility to the second amendment, and Republicans can wash their hands of Trump and say they never really supported him anyway. Third party candidates will get a boost and be able to add some moderation to the discussion. (Well, at least Gary Johnson can. Jill Stein is a nutjob, and the Greens are worse than the Democrats.) A Trump victory won’t happen, but if it did, it would destroy the Republican party. It would also be bad for America’s relationships with other countries. The only countries that have a favorable impression of Trump are Russia and China.

Do you think Paul Ryan wants to spend the next four years explaining Trump’s offensive statements?

    • Tina says:

I think Ryan would find it easier to negotiate with a man who believes life involves negotiation.

What makes you think it’s Ryan’s job to explain anything Trump says? He can if he likes but it certainly isn’t required.

I’d rather have a little honest disagreement than a cadre of manipulative, behind closed doors tyrants working with the president. Trump will expect disagreement and look for ways to find agreement.

Lets stop pretending Hillary, Obama, Reid, Pelosi have never made statements that make them look stupid or that have been offensive. Pelosi’s affordable remarks are insulting and offensive to a great many Americans!

Harry Reid had to apologize, and not for the first time, about remarks he made in nevada:

“The Asian population is so productive. I don’t think you’re smarter than anybody else, but you’ve convinced a lot of us you are.” In a follow-up “joke,” Reid said “One problem that I’ve had today is keeping my Wongs straight.”

Obama isn’t always the most articulate speaker either: “Obama: So, if if if, you voting for the other team, it’s not because of the economy. It’s not because of the economy… I mean even, even, even, even, even the, uh, even the, uh, the, the Republicans on the other side don’t really know what the guy’s talking about.”

He could be a comedian. But his record for “working families” is abysmal so in reality, the joke is on us and he should hang his head in shame.

This line of attack is really dumb. But it’s all you have.

  3. J. Soden says:

    http://www.breitbart.com/2016-presidential-race/2016/09/02/hillary-clinton-repeatedly-not-recall-details-email-account-fbi/

$hrilLIARy began her litany of “I don’t recall” back in 1966 with the Whitewater investigation – and it continues today! The above link is a list of the questions she couldn’t answer this time around.

So if she can’t recall (one of her excuses was she couldn’t remember due to a brain injury from a fall) then what the hell is she doing as a prezidential candidate, Demwits???????????

  4. Tina says:

J two things will ultimately be the Hillary legacy, whether she wins in November or not. One is her decades long inability to recall anything about issues of grave importance as you noted. the other is her excuse of a “vast right wing conspiracy. Historians will have a field day showing just how accurate the right wing critics were and “vast” were her crimes and misdemeanors.
