FBI Tampering by Clinton Campaign?

Posted by Jack

FBI interview summaries and notes, provided late Friday to the House Government Oversight and Intelligence Committees, contain allegations of a “quid pro quo” between a senior State Department executive and FBI agents during the Hillary Clinton email investigation, two congressional sources told Fox News.

“This is a flashing red light of potential criminality,” Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah, who has been briefed on the FBI interviews, told Fox News.

He said “there was an alleged quid pro quo” involving Undersecretary for Management Patrick Kennedy and the FBI “over at least one classified email.”

“In return for altering the classification, the possibility of additional slots for the FBI at missions overseas was discussed,” Chaffetz said.

As Fox News previously reported, interviews released earlier this month, known as 302s, reveal the serious allegation that Kennedy applied pressure to subordinates to change classified email codes so they would be shielded from Congress and the public. Fox News was told as far back as August 2015 that Kennedy was running interference on Capitol Hill. But Kennedy, in his FBI interview on Dec. 21, 2015, “categorically rejected” allegations of classified code tampering.

Wikileaks’ Podesta emails, “quid pro quo” evidence, “birddogging” by the Demwits, Clinton campaign “pony express” co-ordinating with Super Pacs, and new videos from James O’Keefe on voter fraud . . . .
With all of the Demwit dirty linen finally being exposed, it’s gonna be an interesting debate on Wednesday.

  2. Libby says:

Well, Chaffetz has got to do something.

Utah, of all places, has gone positively purple. That’s how disruptive your candidate has been, and not in the direction you was hoping.

  3. Dewster says:

LOL both parties do this crap.

That said They never expose too much cause they do not want to change things.

Look Several of these Ahats have admitted these hearings are for campaign slamming.

Bottom line they are Chickens. Afraid to stand up cause their wrongs will then be fair game to exposed.

    Hillary lied to Congress. Done

All the rest of this is dog and pony show negative campaigning.

If they really wanted they could address the lying. Or they could bring up many a charge.

they will not because they really do not want to expose what is going on. The house of cards is too big.

Political Election Theater here in the end they ll get away with crimes both sides.

Both Donald and Hillary should be disqualified and we reset.

We should take down the Bush, Clinton families along with all the criminal bankers and lobbyists. Can you imagine the insider trading that goes on?

They both do it, they both do it!

    How old are you, ten?

Geez, Dewey, does it occur to you that “some” of what they do is actually criminal and not just shenanigans? Some of it deserves investigation AND prosecution! Some of it endangers lives and compromises people in the field. some of it rips off the people and deserves serious attention not just the drive by, hit and run dumping you do.

“Hillary lied to Congress. Done … All the rest of this is dog and pony show negative campaigning.”

Hillary did more than lie to Congress and if you really were the document reader you claim to be you’d know she committed felonies and deserves jail. She definitely cannot be trusted with the responsibilities of the Presidency. A former US attorney asserts Hillary committed both misdemeanors and felonies. It is shameful that Comey refused to recommend indictment and even more shameful that Bill met with Lynch on that tarmac.

Observer, “The Countless Crimes of Hillary Clinton: Special Prosecutor Needed Now”

Not only did Ms. Clinton deliberately demonstrate disdain for the Federal Records Act and nullify the protections of the Freedom of Information Act, she violated the Espionage Act by having information relating to the national defense on her server at all. And her deliberate disregard for national security made the job of all hackers that much easier.

Andrew MCCarthy at National Review, “Clinton’s Case Is About National Defense Information, Not Just Classified Documents”

…the espionage act — which regulates the handling of intelligence by government officials — does not refer to classified information; it refers to information relating to the national defense. Moreover, it does not prohibit solely the transmission of such information; it criminalizes the communication, delivery, or transmission of that information; causing communication, delivery, or transmission of that information; permitting the removal of that information from its proper place of custody through gross negligence; permitting that information to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed through gross negligence; or, failing to make a prompt report to superiors in the government when an official knows that the information has been removed from its proper place of custody, communicated to someone not authorized to have it, lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed.

The range of potential crimes — and what I’ve outlined here are serious felonies punishable by up to ten years’ imprisonment — is much broader than merely transmitting or otherwise mishandling classified documents. There are other points to make…

There is more than enough evidence on Hillary and her cadre. Now….

PLEASE POST THE CRIMES YOU ALLEGE DONALD TRUMP HAS COMMITTED!

Stating such, without offering evidence, is irresponsible and reckless. It is also playing the same game which you claim to hate!
