Louis Farrakhan is a hateful extremist. If anyone in America could be likened to the Nazi’s it’s this man whose rhetoric against the Jews is never protested or criticized with any seriousness by those who toss the slur, “Nazi” at Republicans every chance they get. You’d think that a man who doesn’t hesitate to say such things as, “And Farrakhan, by God’s grace, has pulled the cover off of that Satanic Jew and I’m here to say your time is up, your world is through,” would be in the cross hairs of Democrats who claim to carry the mantle of civil rights. But no, the man stays somewhat in the background but is not loudly condemned by Democrats. Is it because he’s black? Is it because they want the votes his thousands of followers represent? Is it because they are, in reality, a bunch of phonies when it comes to civil rights…all show and pandering but no real substance? All of the above?
Democrats pretend to care about the civil rights of American citizens but only when the issues can be exploited or used. Prominent Democrat feminist, Tamika Mallory, recently attended Farrakhan’s annual Savior’s Day conference in Chicago. Rich Lowry over at the NY Post noted in his article, “Look who admires notorious anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan,” that Mallory was in attendance and taking selfies:
Tamika Mallory, the Women’s March organizer, wasn’t abashed about her attendance at the rally. She posted a photo on Instagram of herself at the event, and showed no sign of distress at Farrakhan’s greatest hits (“the powerful Jews are my enemy”; Jews are “the mother and father of apartheid”; “when you want something in this world, the Jew holds the door”; the Jews control Mexico, and a swath of Europe; and any number of other vicious lies).
Feminists and organizers Carmen Perez and Linda Sarsour are also admirers of Farrakhan according to Lowry.
I wonder how many feminists that took part in the Women’s March or supported it know they were lending validity to Jew hating women? Would they care? It’s difficult to imagine they would given the silence.
The most disturbing thing about far left feminism, and far left politics in general, is that it’s based entirely on emotions and political prejudicial positioning. Mallory, Sarsour, and Perez are examples of women who base their support on emotion and politics rather than grounding principles. It’s impossible to support (heart) a man like Farrakhan and stand for equal rights.

As a feminist who took part in the Women’s March here in Fresno, I care, and I’ve sworn not to attend another unless these women are removed from the organization. I’ve urged others to do the same. I have seen some prominent liberals saying the same on Twitter, though they’re the more moderate ones. I wouldn’t say there’s been “silence,” but there definitely needs to be more condemnation and Democratic congressmen and congresswomen should come out against the Women’s March until these women are removed.
Good for you Chris and thank you for sharing your stance with us here.
We’ve found an area of agreement and that’s a good thing.
A follow up story makes the Farrakhan issue even more troubling, “The Media Decision To Ignore Democrat Ties To Farrakhan Reveals Toxic Bias,” by Warren Henry.
This article reveals that members of Congress associate with Farrakhan without generating a media frenzy, protest, demands for an explanation or disavowal or even an editorial. These members are not harassed and called names as they run for office or speak to their constituents. Henry concludes:
Left wing organizers make a habit of sending agitators to various events where they can target opposition candidates for labeling (racist, bigot, homophobe). Left wing organizers create movements for the distinct purpose of agitating for headlines. These act as a squeaky wheel to generate media attention knowing that the media will jump at the chance to pile on. This brand of phony politics is bad enough but a media that acts as a partner should be intolerable.
We’ve talked about media bias for a long time here at PS. This story highlights the bias.
