One Tea Party group that was targeted by the IRS for extra scrutiny is including William Wilkins in it’s lawsuit against the federal government. Wilkins, IRS Chief Council, spoke with President Obama in a private meeting one day before IRS employees were given orders to target Tea Party groups:
“This lawsuit is the only way to get all of the answers involving this national scandal,” said True the Vote’s President Catherine Engelbrecht. Engelbrecht, who was the subject of a report here in May, was the target of federal investigations into both her political group and her manufacturing business after she filed for tax exempt status for her organizations. The group is represented by True the Vote counsel Cleta Mitchell.
The other five IRS officials being added to the lawsuit other than Chief Counsel Wilkins are IRS officials Holly Paz, Steve Grodnitzky, David Fish, Michael Seto, and Cindy Thomas. According to the suit, the first four officials “all were directors or in positions of management within the Washington, DC IRS offices during the targeting of conservative, non-profit applicants.” Additionally, the group says “the TIGTA (Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration) Report reveals each was involved in reviewing applications for tax exemption status and developing and reviewing the criteria used to target these applicants.” Thomas was “the Program Manager (highest position) at the IRS Determinations Unit in Cincinnati, OH. The TIGTA Report reveals that she worked directly with Washington, DC officials to implement and supervise the targeting scheme at the Cincinnati IRS office.”

Fascinating read, and here I’ve been blaming Carl Rove and the GOP good old boys only for taking out Christine O’Donnell.
With the history of dead ends due to delays, cover-ups and executive privilege I doubt we’ll even know the truth on this either.
It looks like the Democrats have guaranteed their candidates will win since they’ve prevented an equal playing field before the election to controlling the vote count after with George Soros’ “Secretary of State Project.”
Soros Eyes Secretaries:

This is, of course, the same Soros, the same hyperpolitical left-wing philanthropist who makes no secret of his intention to destroy capitalism. The vehicle for this planned hijacking of democracy is a below-the-radar non-federal “527” group called the Secretary of State Project. The entity can accept unlimited financial contributions and doesn’t have to disclose them publicly until well after the election.”

Peggy I remember reading that article…I may have even posted about it. Soros has his grubby fingers in everything. What a cesspool.
The law suit filed by True the Vote is a direct line connection to Soros’ project.
Note in their webpage information below no mention is made of any conservative terminology. They had to be targeted strictly for their attempts to keep our voting process honest where one vote still mattered and members of both party were welcomed to participate in the process.

History of True the Vote:
True The Vote began out of experiences during the 2008 election cycle of the Harris County, Texas Tea Party organization, King Street Patriots.
KSP gathered to get involved in the electoral process and came to realize that their county was the second largest voting block in Texas but saw a shortfall of poll workers that was staggering. This, they felt, invited fraud and other problems at the polls, problems that they wanted to help eliminate.
Then came the voter registration fraud case perpetrated by a member of ACORN brought to light by Catherine Engelbrecht. Harris County authorities found that some 23,000 voter registration forms turned in by the ACORN operative were invalid. Engelbrecht founded True The Vote to combat this fraud.
By Election Day, 2010 True The Vote had 1,000 poll workers trained and ready to observe the election process at Harris County polling stations. This learning experience set the stage for the larger effort soon to come.
Immediately after the successful operation in Harris County, True The Vote began to reach out nation wide to help citizens in other counties, in other states learn how to train poll workers to “true” the vote in their home districts.

And late Tuesday, the Washington Times is reporting that “Delaware state officials have told Congress that they likely destroyed the computer records that would show when and how often they accessed Christine O’Donnell’s personal tax records and acknowledged that a newspaper article was used as the sole justification for snooping into the former GOP Senate candidate’s tax history.”

J. Soden, This has to be the most corrupt administration in US history. Add this to the very long list of scandals and wrong-doings. O’Donnell was informed her tax information was accessed on March 9th, but the state investigator said he asked for access to her file on March 20th after seeing a newspaper article.
“Win at any cost,” and “The end justifies the means,” has to be their mottos.
