I understand why a liberal would want to believe something like this but how can they actually say it? Does 10 years of UN resolutions mean anything to that moron? Why do Clinton and Kerry always get a pass on this issue? They both stated in the late 90’s that Hussein was a direct danger to the US. Kerry said, Hussein has to be removed from power even if we (the US) have to act alone. I am paraphrasing because I don’t have the two speeches in hand to give exact quotes. Kerry’s speech was in 1997. Clinton’s 1998 state of the union speech was the other. Does Carter recall, Hussein kicking the UN weapons inspectors out of Iraq? It boggles the mind that all of this needs to be rehashed.
I can just picture the clowns on the Today Show feeding Carter softballs while at the same time pretending that what is being said isn’t total bull manure.
