During a session of Congress Ms. Lee proclaimed how the Constitution has lasted over 400 years. Missed by almost 200 years, but hey she’s a democrat, so close enough.

It’s always funny when they screw up, however Rand Paul does it weekly. That guy really screws up!
Rand Paul is fed Propaganda and repeats it! That is the #1 idiot!
But again it is always funny to watch these guys screw up….
Dewey, you should cite examples othewise your rhetoric is meaningless. Tell us why you feel that way/ What examples do you have that Rand Paul is fed propaganda?
Rand Paul is a Libertarian, like his father Ron. They don’t belong to any special interests and they are free to tell it like it is. So, before you go bad mouthing the guy next time, have your facts ready.
“Rand Paul is a Libertarian…”
He might as well be a Librarian for all Dewey cares.
Rand Paul is a Republican…with libertarian principles and ideals.
Here is a letter that is very disturbing. Is the economy really so bad that a 20 year IT guy can’t find a job and is on the verge of homelessness? If so, this country is in big trouble.
My Life is Ruined
There may not be a job for that poor fellow in the link above but there will always be jobs for people like Shiela Lee (no relation to Jack I assume) in Congress.
Festus, Jack Lee here and you are right, Sheila jackson Lee is no relative of mine! Glad too, because she is one of the most hateful, prejudiced people in Congress. It seems she’s on a crusade for revenge against anyone other than black people. As bad as that part is I suppose we could deal with it, but her fiscal policies are far worse and more destructive. She’s all for big govenment and her ilk is ruining us. She’s way too volatile and unstable to be a Representative, not to mention being fairly dumb. But, her big mouth has got her quite a following among the liberals.
Festus, if you are still looking for a job, you might want to contact these people… https://www.palantir.com/careers
Well, my post disappeared. How did that happen?
Anyway, here is a letter that is very disturbing. Is the economy really so bad that a 20 year IT guy can’t find a job and is on the verge of homelessness? If so, this country is in big trouble.
“My Life is Ruined
Thank you Mr. President, and Thank You Members of Congress!”

That sort of depends who does the hiring, any good employer would want productive well informed people working for them. Sheila Lee is way more progressive than she ever could be productive. And those who “hired” her to office, grants and entitlements would be the only required by product of their effort.
Maybe she and Congressman Cory Booker were smoking the same stuff, he afterall drove from New Jersey to Hawaii.
Not much is said about these gaffs in the media, only if it is a republican that messes up.
Sorry Festus, I think your comment somehow got mixed up with the massive spam hits we’ve been getting lately.
Are you the same Festus that used to call Bruce Sessions radio show now and then? If so I always enjoyed your exchange with Bruce.
Good to have you join us at Post Scripts!
Now that I’ve read the IT guys letter your later comment makes much more sense! Conditions are that as bad as the 54 year old indicates…it’s even worse for those in the 18-29 year old age group if you can believe that.
This morning on the Fox business channel one of the guest was talking about how all the smart investment guys are quietly selling off their stock portfolios so it probably will get a bit worse. The only good news is that this will give more conservative contenders in the next election a better chance at taking the Senate and strengthening in the House. Republicans are ready with plans to fix the healthcare mess and get the main street economy moving again. We sure need it.
There was a another letter in the news yesterday. He quit his job associated with HHS recently because the red tape was a nightmare and he could get the work done. I’ll post about it if I can find it.
Thanks again for joining in our conversation!
Find the resignation letter to the director of HHS in the Washington Post:
Let’s hope the long nightmare ends soon.
