I saw your desperate rationalizations over there, which amounted to nothing more than “It was wrong for Obama to do it because he’s a liberal, but not wrong for Reagan, Bush Sr. or Bush Jr. to do the same because they were conservatives.”
You said nothing which addressed my question, which was, admittedly, snarky. Let me rephrase: Was Bush Jr.’s cozy relationship with the Saudis, which included hand-holding and kissing, as upsetting to you as Obama’s much milder attempts to build better relationships with Cuba? If not, why not? Cuba has a terrible human rights record, but Saudi Arabia’s is likely much worse. Then there’s the fact that no one from Cuba ever killed 3,000 Americans in one day.
