If there’s one thing you can say about President Trump,….well, uh, then you are the rare exception. Because you just can’t say one thing about Trump, he’s way more complicated than that! On Monday you can love him and by Tuesday you can hate him. However, if you are a reporter for NBC, CBS, ABC or CNN, you’re pretty much in the hate camp all the time.
Trump has done some great things and he’s told off smug, snooty bureaucrats in the process. He has started to pump out the swamp and I love that part. But, he just can’t keep his mouth shut even when it’s to his advantage. He’s neither a Republican nor a Democrat, he’s brilliant and he’s a dope, he’s just “the Donald,”and he is an original.
In the latest controversy, his continually exhausted critics ( struggling to keep up), claim he was bamboozled by Putin into believing America’s intelligence agencies may have made a mistake about Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. elections. But, let’s be real, if you were falsely accused allegedly by the same intelligence sources, you might feel the same way. Special investigator Robert Mueller has had over one year to show that Donald Trump colluded with the Russians. As of today, Mueller has nothing to link Trump to anything.
Mueller has indicted a number of Russians suspected of tampering with the 2016 election, but that’s far short of a conviction. We’re supposed to say, innocent until proven guilty. I [think] they were guilty, but like Mueller, that’s just my opinion at this point. As for Trump, we are fast approaching the time to say enough! Either find something on the man or stop investigating, this has to end.
Here’s a parting thought…. rather than investigating Russia, which has had no discernable influence one way or the other in the 2016 outcome, we ought to be looking at another country that has had a major impact on our elections. Let’s take a look at how Mexico has manipulated U.S. elections. No country on earth has had the impact of Mexico. CA is a prime example of how packing the electorate to elect far left liberal pro-Hispanics has all but raised the Mexican flag over the capital. Thanks to unchecked immigration, many places in CA now look a lot like a barrio in some Mexican border town.
Jack you wrote: “Mueller has indicted a number of Russians suspected of tampering with the 2016 election, but that’s far short of a conviction. “
I have been skeptical of Mueller since the beginning of his appointment, and nothing in his current style of investigation leads me to think otherwise.
As Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office became the Acting U.S. Attorney from 1986 through 1987.
Mueller’s actions during that time raised questions about his role in one of the FBI’s most controversial cases.
The FBI’s use of a confidential informant that led to the convictions of four innocent men, 3 who were sentenced to electrocution for murders, murders they were exonerated of in 2001 when it was discovered that the FBI withheld evidence from the court to protect their informant that would have cleared the men.
Is this beginning to sound familiar? Like Mueller’s buddy Rosenstein’s stonewalling of congress
Jack , yes we’re supposed to say, innocent until proven guilty. I [think] they were guilty, but like Mueller, that’s just my opinion at this point.” Mueller’s opinion don’t seem to hold much creditable evidence, at least in my opinion based on past investigation results. I believe that every government interferes in other governments, Russia maybe in ours, ours as well in others. Your suggestion of Mexico goes along those lines as well.
Are the Russians guilty, can we wait to pre-judge and see what the courts have to say. Possibly Mueller hasn’t screwed up on this one like he has in the past, with those 4 men, who were eventually exonerated, the anthrax mistake Mueller made that led to a suicide and a 5.8 million dollar lawsuit
Robert Mueller Has Been Botching Investigations prior to and since The Anthrax Attack appointment, his own colleges criticize him.
Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into the anthrax attacks following 9/11 — one of the most important of his career –and in typical Mueller style it did not go well, to say the least.
Mueller’s FBI first honed in on Steven Hatfill as the culprit. Hatfill, whom Mueller targeted, eventually sued the Government because of Mueller actions won and got 5.8 million in a settlement. The price of a Mueller investigation on top of the daily agency’s cost to tax payers, just adds up, much like his Trump witch-hunt.
Then Mueller went after Dr. Bruce Ivins who Mueller basically destroyed Ivins will to fight unproven charges and eventually Ivins took his own life. Paul Kemp (Ivins Lawyer), and some of Ivins’ coworkers have also maintained his innocence, saying that the stress of the investigation — and not guilt — drove Ivins to take his own life.
A former FBI official involved in the Ivins investigation sued the FBI, alleging the FBI concealed evidence exculpatory to Dr. Bruce Ivins, who eventually committed suicide. Results unknown to me as were it went.
Mueller’s investigation style it seems has been one “in search of a crime”, then affix it to someone, anyone.
That is not what you want and that’s not how it should be done. But that’s the way Mueller does it!
Excellent Harold. One of the most basic elements of investigations is to let the facts guide you and not the way Mueller is going about it. Mueller is trying to fit facts into his preconceived bias of who he thinks is guilty.
Branco had a great cartoon the other day that perfectly describes the Moron Media and Demwit meltdowns:
https://legalinsurrection.com/2018/07/branco-cartoon-circle-jerks/
But, who’s shaking the bag. I suggest the media and democrats are. Trump isn’t the first president who had a ‘bad’ meeting with the president of Russia, nor will he be that last.
We need to be reminded that Kennedy said his meeting with Khrushchev was the, “worst thing in my life. He savaged me.” Also, Eisenhower had ordered the U-2 not to fly during his summit meeting, but the CIA sent it up and the Russians shot it down capturing the pilot bringing an end to the summit.
The professor ask if it’s more important to destroy Trump or avoid a nuclear war? A question the media and democrats need to answer now, before it’s too late.
Russian Studies Prof: Criticisms of Trump Over Putin Presser Are ‘Like Mob Violence’:
http://insider.foxnews.com/2018/07/16/russian-professor-says-criticisms-trump-over-putin-russia-summit-are-mob-violence
When US and Russian presidents meet – a timeline of relations:
John F. Kennedy and Khrushchev, 1961:
“This has been called “the most ill-judged summit of the Cold War”. The two leaders met each other in Vienna just as the Cold War was raging around them.
Kennedy approached the Soviet leader via a letter during his transition to the White House, hoping for real progress on a Nuclear Test Ban Treaty.
However, the pair clashed over Berlin, with JFK refusing to recognise East German sovereignty over the city. Kennedy warned of a “cold winter” ahead and a few months later the Soviet Union began building the Berlin Wall.
Kennedy later said the Khrushchev meeting was the “worst thing in my life. He savaged me.”
“If the US wants to start a war over Germany let it be so,” Khrushchev reportedly said.”
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/0/us-russian-presidents-meet-history-hangs-heavy-trump-putin-summit/
Eisenhower: 1960, U.S.-Soviet summit meeting collapses:
“In the wake of the Soviet downing of an American U-2 spy plane on May 1, Russian leader Nikita Khrushchev lashes out at the United States and President Dwight D. Eisenhower at a Paris summit meeting between the two heads of state. Khrushchev’s outburst angered Eisenhower and doomed any chances for successful talks or negotiations at the summit.”
https://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/u-s-soviet-summit-meeting-collapses
How do they decide what constitutes a bad meeting anyway?
If we go by the criticism that preceded the meet it was judged even before it took place.
And don’t forget Ted Kennedy who colluded with Russia to subvert a presidential election:
Everything they accuse Trump of doing, without evidence, they have done, and much worse.
They’re in panic mode now because of things they fear will be revealed if the operatives in high places are ever ousted.
John Brennen, the former CIA director, voted for the communist party candidate in 1976.
Questions: How the hell did he ever get a security clearance, much less run the CIA, and what gives him standing to accuse Trump of treason considering his own record:
Yep, what really has them in a panic is that Trump won and their own dirty laundry might very well be exposed.
“As of today, Mueller has nothing to link Trump to anything.”
Well ain’t that a colossal hedge. We could be having so much more fun, if you all would pay attention. The pundit class concluded months ago that Trump was probably clear of the actual meddling. If he goes down, it will likely be for the obstructing of justice, OK. Try to keep that in mind, and quit claiming he’s innocent of things he is, probably, innocent of, like that means something.
Now … Don, Jr., is another matter. Don’t you find the divorce development intriguing? Check out this chivalrous scenario: Junior’s lawyers tell him that he is up sh!t creek. We haven’t had a treason conviction since the WWII, but there may be one coming up. However, if Vanessa is safely divorced and secure in her own income, the Feds won’t be able to bother her and the kids. Very interesting, don’t you think?
This Hispanic paranoia of yours is getting to be a real bore.
“The pundit class concluded months ago that Trump was probably clear of the actual meddling. If he goes down, it will likely be for the obstructing of justice, OK.”
What obstruction? Spell it out!
Dictating Junior’s denial. Firing Comey. Harassing Sessions. Pay attention, fer heaven’s sake.
This is what passes for “obstruction of justice” to the loony left. No more really need be said. Nuts, completely nuts.
Nothing you’ve listed amounts to obstruction of justice.
Get real fer heaven’s sake.
DOJ’s Rod Rosenstein and his pals have obstructed justice by refusing turn over documents, delaying the turning over of documents (even when under court order), redacting information that wasn’t confidential much less top secret…such as those damning emails between Strzok and Page, refusing to answer questions and more.
Hillary and company destroyed evidence fer pitty’s sake and you did not care!
The treason-nazi-racist-incompetent-boob hoopla is getting to be a major pain in the a$$…and you guys look like a bunch of corrupt sore losers, weaponizing the government and using power for personal benefit.
The ugly way you treat Melania and other strong women is also ugly and makes you look mean, nasty and like a bunch of sire losers. If I had to go by behavior alone I’d say guilt and corruption is making y’all crazy!
Hmmm….
“I have some inside information.
Looks like a hacking operation by China. They nailed Clinton’s completely unprotected system and then inserted code that gave them all her traffic over e-mail subsequent to that. That included all her State Department classified traffic which she had her staff illegally scan and insert in her private e-mail. We are talking about 30,000+ messages. Strzok was told that by the Intelligence Community Inspector General WHILE he was running the Clinton e-mail investigation and chose to ignore it. pl”

Deep State is in a Panic Fearing Putin Shared with Trump Devastating Information Not Yet Reported
“So why are the Democrats, the Deep State and the MSM so petrified of President Trump meeting with Putin? The answer is because they are deathly afraid of not what Putin might tell Trump but what evidence Putin might have that would indict their leaders in prior criminal actions.”
From here—
http://ninetymilesfromtyranny.blogspot.com/2018/07/deep-state-is-in-panic-fearing-putin.html
1) There is nothing “inside” about Chinese hacking activities. Dude, we is under attack 24/7. You didn’t know? (I expect we get our licks in, however.)
2) As to the lefty panic … dream on ….
Well, now, I take that back. If we’re worried at all, it would be about the cockamamie stuff Russian trolls might plant on right-wing websites between now and November.
There is ample precedent for concern, and some of us aren’t real bright.
It’s “inside information” if it came from inside the intelligence community you twit!
Your problem is you really believe you’re smarter…you’re not.
And it was unsecured Democrat servers that allowed easy access…how bright was that!
Excellent! They spoke for many hours…what might Putin have told Trump that would make Obama, Hillary and their cabal squirm?
I noticed Libby took the usual cavalier cop-out attitude. The thing SHE should acknowledge, but never will, is that the Democrats played fast and loose with their computers, emails, and servers leaving AMERICA vulnerable. Then THEY concocted scheme after scheme to cover it up thinking Hillary would win and all would be well!
Awan and his family of hackers hit Democrats…now we learn the Chinese easily hacked thousands of Hillary’s state department emails. Hillary clearly broke the law, lied about it, tried to obstruct by destroying evidence, and was let off Scott free by a corrupted DOJ.
But to Libby this is not a big deal.
“They spoke for many hours…what might Putin have told Trump that would make Obama, Hillary and their cabal squirm?”
They spoke for two. And plainly you haven’t heard. There are Congressional mutterings about a subpoena to the translator. Me, I can’t wait!
More hmmm…..
“Former top FBI lawyer Lisa Page testified during two days of closed-door House hearings, revealing shocking new Intel against her old bosses at the Bureau, according the well-placed FBI sources.
Alarming new details on allegations of a bureau-wide cover up. Or should we say another bureau-wide cover up.
The embattled Page tossed James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Bill Priestap among others under the Congressional bus, alleging the upper echelon of the FBI concealed intelligence confirming Chinese state-backed ‘assets’ had illegally acquired former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s 30,000+ “missing” emails, federal sources said.
The Russians didn’t do it. The Chinese did, according to well-placed FBI sources.
And while Democratic lawmakers and the mainstream media prop up Russia as America’s boogeyman, it was the ironically Chinese who acquired Hillary’s treasure trove of classified and top secret intelligence from her home-brewed private server.
And a public revelation of that magnitude — publicizing that a communist world power intercepted Hillary’s sensitive and top secret emails — would have derailed Hillary Clinton’s presidential hopes. Overnight. But it didn’t simply because it was concealed.”

“…would have derailed Hillary Clinton’s presidential hopes. Overnight. But it didn’t simply because it was concealed.”
Obstruction of justice on a large scale.
Can;t wait to hear what Page had to say!
They’re not just in a panic, they’re peeing their pants for fear of what Putin told Trump and not taking control of the House and Senate in November. Comey’s, who was a republican before Trump fired him, latest Tweet says, “All who believe in this country’s values must vote for Democrats this fall.”
Julian Assange has sworn the info. he got was not from a state/government source. That leaves Seth Rich or other insider individual, verified by computer experts who say the volume of data had to be downloaded to a plug in device and not hacked from an outside source.
Another huge reason all of Obama’s minions are in a panic is Putin could also have all of Hillary’s and Obama’s Benghazi emails for before, during and after the attack. All of the lies told to us and the families of the four who were killed will destroy the democrat party. Benghazi was the reason my son, his firefighter team and his friends didn’t vote for her and they didn’t without positive proof. Imagine what millions of dems would do with proof they’d once again been lied to. “You can keep your doctor, save you $2,500, your premiums won’t go up, ……”
By Elbert Lee Guillory:
“My advisors have recommended that I not write about this controversy but I owe you. I write as a military veteran and political scientist who has traveled to Ukraine, the Middle East, Helsinki, USSR to study up close.
Fact 1. The world’s two greatest nuclear powers should be friendly. That is in the interest of the world!
Fact 2. Tonight the greatest criticisms come from two major groups:
A. Those who hate Trump and who will criticize the President for anything he does.
B. Those few in the military and intelligence communities who are wholly bought and owned by the war industries, for it is in their financial interests to have the US and Russia armed to the teeth and at each other’s throats.
As you listen to the shrill screamers, note how often they come from this corner (politicians included)!
Fact 3. The absolute truth is that the Obama administration interfered in the Ukraine elections which led to Russia’s predictable takeover of the area which holds Russia’s major naval base and sea outlet.
Fact 4. The Obama administration interfered in the election of Israel. Strong Nations do this when they feel that it is their interests to do so.
Fact 5. The alleged Russian interference occurred during the Obama administration, and we heard not a peep. Now these jerks want Trump to punch Putin in the nose and start a nuclear war with the other major nuclear force on Earth.
I’m a patriot and a believer in a powerful America. I have also witnessed the body bags filled with the fruit of American youth when fat old saber rattlers play soldier.
Trump was masterful in Helsinki. The Swamp Donkeys may scream but tonight the world is better off that these two men shook hands!”
I love the arm chair guessing and bloviated bravado of ALL who are criticizing Trump for having a summit with Putin.
I listen to their regurgitated spew about how, what, where and why wasn’t this or that done.
All a bunch a losers with a history of sitting on their collective A$$e”$ while they blame belittle and berate anyone that shows them to be the political bastards they are.
Trumps haters are scared he will accomplish things they are even afraid to tackle, which they fear will cost them seats in government, so they attempt to sabotage anything he does.
Don’t think so, then explain why the charges against 12 Russians were released while Trump was traveling the summit, not before, not after, but during his plane ride there, pure political BS coming from the a very transparent act by the liberal driven agenda, which may be the only transparent thing that’ll ever do.
Trump is doing what should have been done by administrations years ago, first he lays ground work, then he injects a plan into the mix and soon a deal is in the works that could benefit all (All except the elected losers that can’t do swat) of America.
If it doesn’t work out, I will bet Trump will not give up or give in, not the way of a pragmatist, which he is, and in today world of uncertainty, that is a better trait for a leader, than to be assigned a political ideology.
Excellent. Totally agree. Trump is three moves ahead of those who want to take him down and out. He works non-stop every day at a pace none of them have worked a single day of their political lives. The do nothing congress that has more days off and has done little to nothing to earn their pay is being threatened by a man who can and will expose them for the lazy pocket stuffing bums they are.
Rush this morning laid out an understanding of the summit and what took place between Trump and Putin that no one else is. Link to show not up yet. Check it out when it is.
“Trump is three moves ahead of those who want to take him down and out.”
Trump is baffled, bewildered, and quite angry about the global response to his Pooty meeting … just like any other four-year-old confronted with complexities.
“He works non-stop every day at a pace none of them have worked a single day of their political lives.”
Trump spends three hours every morning on the phone with friends … “executive time” we’re supposed to call it. Then he has lunch. Then is is supposed to listen to people tell him important things. Alas, it is widely reported that he has the attention span of a gnat. So very often an outing is scheduled.
Then he watches six hours of telly and goes to bed.
And I am perfectly happy to let him spend the rest of his term doing just this. No more trips abroad. He’s really not very good at it.

They say Trump makes America look bad and Trump makes the world a more dangerous place.
But how well have those who work under him at the DOJ, FBI, and Congress, especially those left over from the Obama years, done their jobs…how do they make America look to the world at large?
Most of the corruption that’s been exposed so far happened during Obama’s last term. Yet neither he, nor Hillary, nor any officials that served under them have been criticized or adequately held to account. How bad that must seem to a world that’s watching America!
Evidence pointing to Trump Russia collusion has not materialized.
However, a multitude of evidence has been compiled, through the tireless efforts of a few congressmen and reporters, that points to deep state corruption by Hillary, Obama, and their DOJ and FBI. The efforts of these congressmen have been blunted at every turn and still they continue to probe.
Law enforcement is supposed to go where the evidence leads. Evidence has led to Hillary Clinton, her campaign, the DNC, agents at the FBI, and what appears to be a group of corrupt lawyers in the DOJ. Time after time this cabal used the system to allow those in the evidential cross-hares to skate while continuing to point guilty fingers at the President. Evidence was ignored and an avenue of investigation that would lead nowhere was pursued and became the hit topic in the media. How corrupt that must seem to those in the world who are watching. Does America stand for truth and justice or has it become a nation of despots and criminals?
The deep state weaponized the government first against opposition presidential candidates (Bernie, Trump) and then against our duly elected President. Over two years later the weaponization efforts continue.
I’ve been sick for a couple of days. Did any in the press noticed that Putin offered investigators in Mueller’s probe to come to Russia to interview the accused 12 Russians? Putin challenged Mueller and his team to show the world that his 12 Russian indictments were serious. Will Mueller take him up on it or will he let this fade into the background? (Or were the indictments, as I suspect, an a$$ covering move done for show. A move that just happened to set up the President for criticism which began even before the two leaders met!)
Clearly the swamp creatures wanted to undermine the President before, during and after the meeting. What else is new? None of them seems willing to get that our country has only one leader. Mr. Schummer, for one, seems to want to direct the president’s every move.
It isn’t the sometimes crudely blunt, often linguistically challenged, President Trump that makes America look absolutely horrid to the world…it’s the ugly scandal ridden politically biased elites in government and media that give America a black eye…and it goes on every single day.
We need this scum removed from government; the sooner the better.
Also thought Putin bringing up the $ millions that went to Hillary prior to the election. His bringing up Soros really surprised me. Could Putin hate Soros as much as liberty lovers here do? I’m beginning to think Putin did want Trump to win because, he knew how corrupt Hillary was from her time as Sec. of State and wanted her to lose so he wouldn’t have to deal with her again.
Heard this morning that Lisa Page’s behind door testimonies is proving Strzok did lie during his hearings, under oath.
LISA PAGE CONTRADICTED PETER STRZOK’S TESTIMONY:

Tina, you can’t be bummed about Soros throwing his money around, but sanguine when the Koch brothers do it. This is not sensible.
Now, $30 million in Russian bucks funneled through the NRA to the Trump campaign … that’s probably illegal.
https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2018/06/the-nra-spent-dollar30-million-to-elect-trump-was-it-russian-money
Hee Hee.
A accusation is not a fact.
It’s the silly season. You guys hate the NRA…it will be front and center in the fake news industry through November.
The Koch brothers do not “do it” like George Soros…your comparison is oranges and apples.
George Soros basically launders money through hundreds and hundreds of (political, face it!) 501c4 organizations. That way the size of his political contributions remain hidden.
The Koch brothers donate fairly directly by comparison. They donate around issues. They can hardly be called activists.
KochPAC has donated to Democrats including nearly $200,000 to Democratic candidates and committees as recently as 2010 and a $30,000 donation to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. Since 2000 KochPAC has given more than $1.4 million to Democratic candidates, leadership PACs and committees.
Open Secrets tallied the top donors in federal elections between 1989 and 2014. Koch Industries is 59th on the list. Public unions have given more.
Ahead of the Koch’s are AFSCME ($60.6 million), NEA ($53.5 million), IBEW ($44.4 million), UAW ($41.6 million), Carpenters & Joiners ($39.2 million) and SEIU ($38.3 million). Also ahead of the Koch’s are AT&T ($56.4 million), National Association of Realtors ($51.2 million) and Goldman Sachs ($44.8 million). And holding the number on slot when this compilation was done: Act Blue, with just short of $100 million in contributions during its lifetime, which only started in 2004.
The Koch brothers also contribute tens of millions of dollars to the GOP cause indirectly through independent committees (Americans for Prosperity and others).
But they have been paupers compared to the unions that spent a half a billion dollars in such indirect spending in the 2012 election cycle alone!
Your media lies.
You swallow every word…for the entertainment value alone, it would appear.
“The Koch brothers do not “do it” like George Soros…your comparison is oranges and apples.”
Only to those afflicted with hyperpartisan paranoia … and a faulty understanding of the law. Funding political causes or campaigns is NOT money laundering … and, if you are a citizen of this country, it is perfectly legal.
Alas, we have laws on the books about foreign governments engaging in such activity.
And we can be entertained, or we can go hang ourselves. So we will be entertained.
“I’ve been sick for a couple of days. Did any in the press noticed that Putin offered investigators in Mueller’s probe to come to Russia to interview the accused 12 Russians?”
Oh, yes … that was noticed.
Our President: “I have great confidence in my intelligence people but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today and what he did is an incredible offer. He offered to have the people working on the case come and work with their investigators, with respect to the 12 people. I think that’s an incredible offer. Ok? ”
Tina, tell us why we should do this? If Mueller’s team has collected evidence, run it by his Grand Jury, and got indictments … what sense is there in listening to Pooty’s minions say “we didn’t do it.” Pooty already said: “we didn’t do it.”
But we have evidence to the contrary … and only the most astounding of simpletons would think Pooty’s offer is “incredible”, let along worth pursuing. The Donald (and you, apparently) really thinks that all he should have to do is deny his alleged malfeasance, and the accusation should go away. That is not how it works.
“…what sense is there in listening to Pooty’s minions say “we didn’t do it.”
Is Mueller a responsible investigator or are he and his packed crew political hacks?
Putin’s offer was probably more dare than legitimate offer. He watches our media.
He knows what the former administration was up to in the election…the games they played.
And Putin knows Mueller released the indictments in a “timely fashion” so the media and Dems could fill the air waves with the Trump should’t go” narrative and then smear him. It’s literally all they care about…certainly not the truth or the rule of law
The possibilities for going are many. Was it indeed Russian government operators who meddled or was it separate business or political interests? What more do they know that could shed light on the intent to influence the election?
We know, and Mueller knows, that he can’t get the Russians to come to America to testify…his indictments are basically worthless.
Tina … you’re blathering.
Due process of law is “worthless”? Only to an autocrat.
And this business of you parroting The Donald’s delusion’s with regard to the Hillary Hack and Russian state involvement … see below:

She makes our media look absolutely pathetic.
A lot of good will come out of this meeting.
