Cost of Illegal Immigration Ruins California Budget

As California’s budget disaster continues to unfold, 70 state parks are slated for closure. Now the Supreme Court has ordered a massive inmate release to relieve overcrowding in the state’s prisons, requiring the state to shrink the number of prisoners by more than 33,000.

In the meantime, Congress–through its policy of high immigration levels and unchecked, illegal immigration–imposes huge costs on California and the state budget. The state spends an estimated $21.8 billion annually on illegal aliens including $11 billion on education; $3 billion on prisons, police, and courts; and $11 billion on medical services.

Tell Congress that you are tired of it failure to control immigration, inflicting the costs on the taxpayers of California.

I thought it was interesting to hear (at this particular time) that crime levels are down in California. Is that supposed to make this medicine go down a little better?

The idea that prisoners are dying due to inadequate medical is absurd!

But let’s face it…California is absurd…as are the loons that run it.

Could someone explain to me why the US is borrowing money from countries like China to turn around and give it to other countries all over the world, the latest being Ireland? States are broke, people are homeless, children go to bed hungry, the elderly cant get the meds they need, but our president gives Brazil $2 billion dollars to drill in the same gulf he wont let US workers drill in so we can turn around and buy the very same oil back.

I know Im not the only one who sees this as insane, but when will it stop. To soon is not soon enough.

Instead of letting all those prisoners go on our streets, why dont they take all the illegal aligns and ship them back to their countries? At least they wont be victimizing us, or it will take them a while longer to get back here to do it all over again.

I can’t explain it, but maybe somebody at the Democrat Club could.

Here is a link to a simple process to write our State Senators in DC about this specific issue:

This will direct your concerns to the issue of the expense of Illegal MIGRATION (as PC as I’ll get)to us tax payers. Their response might surprise you, or not!

This man is the ex-police chief of Sacramento, an employee hired by elected officials.

I think immigration laws need to be enforced – instead, I think the government, especially in California, is encouraging illegal immigration because it perpetuates the need for the public trough.

And you read my blog about the Diversity Committee – the whole intent of that committee is to put race ahead of actual job qualifications when it comes to hiring. And, if they don’t have a job, they’ll just create one – they just created the new Chief of Diversity position at Chico State this past spring:

And the university gets more money for and from foreign students, so they give those students priority over the kid who lives in town.

It’s not racist to point out racism.
