Not even in America … will we have a presidential candidate whose grown daughter has taken up the career path blazoned by the Kardasian sisters.
At least, I hope not.
Libby, why bring up Palin’s grown daughter? Palin should be judged by her own failures.

For better or for worse, you are judged by what your offspring make of themselves. Bristol is a young women of specious intellect who has embarked on a career (short-lived, probably, as was her mother’s) in reality TV.
Sarah raised her. Sarah gets more credit for it than she probably wants … but them’s the breaks.
I’m not so sure that’s true, Libby. Bush’s daughters got into trouble a few times, and while that served for late night comedy fodder I don’t think it’s much of factor in people’s perception of the man’s presidency. There’s a laundry list of reasons I don’t like him, and none of them have to do with his children. I think the same is true for Palin with most people. I don’t have anything against Bristol, she is young and has made some mistakes, but she’s not considering running for president. Then again, neither is her mom; she’s just foolin’ with us to get more publicity.
Sarah realizes just how stupid the baggerz are. Stupid enough to keep giving her money. She is in this as long as there are stupid baggerz. . .

Ah, but they went screwy after he was in office … so tough noogies on us … but they still did reflect badly upon his character.
Happily, in the Palin case … we are forewarned.
