GOP STRAW POLL FOR PRESIDENT

Deliver us oh Godfather!
Great indication of how “We the People” feel. Hope Sarah sees this! Rick Perry is a piece of garbage!
I am delighted to vote in this poll and all polls I can find for Sarah, whom I’ve waited for 3 years to vote for.;)
Newt Gingrich has the most political smarts of all the candidates but he blew his chances with all the personal baggage he carries. Pity.
This is cool Jack! Thanks for posting. This is going to be a fun tool.
Oh, questions, I got soooo many questions!
Authentic, no ego, trust.
Looks like Sarah is the choice of those who care to vote in the poll. Here are the results so far as of the time I posted this comment.
You’re welcome Juanita. I think our little poll was saturated by Palin supporters from another website. I find it hard to believe the numbers reflect America’s honest view.
Bet Gate voted 400 times.
I read his post, all the sentences. Scary. He’s like … a person who’s entire sensibilities have been molded solely and entirely by the Fox News Network. They built him a little box, and that’s where he lives.
‘Ol Rupert’s got a lot to answer for.
Bill O’Reiley on ABC this morning talked about a “Regular guy” having a chance to beat Obama and not a career politician. There is only one that fits the bill. H. Cain.
This poll is very depressing. But like Jack, I don’t believe it in any way reflects the sentiments of the general public.
I also agree with Libby. I hate to generalize about any group of people, but…Palin fans are just weird folks. There, I said it.
Peggy, I would hope most “regular guys” have more respect for the Constitution than Herman Cain does, especially that little part about religious freedom. I also hope most regular guys are less overtly bigoted. But then, my faith in humanity has been hurt before.
Because it can’t be emphasized enough, here is Herman Cain admitting that, as president, he would violate the U.S. Constitution by imposing a religious test on his cabinet members:
http://www.politifact.com/georgia/statements/2011/jun/08/herman-cain/cain-denies-claims-he-said-he-would-not-appoint-mu/
If the Tea Party were truly as concerned about the Constitution as they claim, these blatantly un-American comments would have disqualified Cain in their eyes long ago. Instead, I suspect they may have only served to make him even more popular to some…
Goodness … it’s so quiet.
Q, they seem to have no answer.
