   Great video, Jack. I think John Stossel is doing a terrific job of shining the light on this issue. Clearly some CEO’s are worth what they earn and others are not. Boards need to be smarter about how they negotiate CEO pay and Id say it should be based on performance first!

   Sonys seven most senior executives including the president and chairman will forgo bonuses for the previous financial year and accept cuts to their base pay in a gesture of atonement following the Japanese groups worst-ever net loss.

   CEO’s in the US could take a page.
